Amazing customer service! Thank you Jessica for helping me! Jessica went above and beyond to help me find an item that has been discontinued. As soon as I entered the store she asked if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and she said they didn't have it in the store any longer. She looked online and found the item I wanted but was unable to order it for me online. She then called their customer service department and explained the situation. This took quite a bit of her time but she was able to order me every last one of the discontinued item! She could have easily said that they didn't have any and left it at that. I truly appreciate her willingness to help me find that needle in the haystack. She was even kind enough to waive shipping charges. Thank you Jessica, I appreciate your help! read more

On my vacation in Montana I had to make a quick stop to Victoria's Secret to pick up some items that I forgot. This is by far my FAVORITE LOCATION! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I came in with the intention to buy a swim suit and left with multiple goodies. I was promptly welcomed by a genuine lady who navigated me throughout the store to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. I typically hate trying on product in the store; however, I wanted to make sure I had the right size. The lady in the fitting room checked on me multiple times and even ran to grab a couple of items for me. The three ladies that helped me were AMAZING. I am really pleased with the STAFF and CULTURE at the Bozeman store and only wish I could have that customer service all the time. read more

As far as the new store is concerned it beautiful. Bozeman definitely needed this upgrade. The customer service however, is beyond disappointing. I've worked retail for several years and had I acted the way these associates did I would have been written up. I was in the store for at least 15 minutes before I even saw someone who worked there. One girl walked passed me and didn't say a word. The next two I came across were folding at tables and one was flipping her hair around dancing while the other was laughing. I'm all for having fun at work but again, neither girl even acknowledged my presence. As I went to the register the girl working the front asked if I had found everything and then asked if anyone had helped me. I told her no one assisted me, and she apologized. I'm not bothered by the fact that no one wanted to help me, but the fact that I didn't even get greeted or acknowledged is sad. Had I been a secret shopper they would have failed miserably. The lack of professionalism was just disappointing. read more
