While my crap experience happened at this location, this review is for Gamestop as a whole. And for the record, if I could give zero stars, I would because they gave zero shits about me. Less than two years ago I bought a brand new pair of joycon remotes for the Nintendo Switch. As you may know, those remotes have a bad reputation for malfunctioning soon after purchase, so I paid the extra $30 for a 2-year warrantee. Sure enough, they break a year later and I go back to Gamestop to exchange for new joycons, as I've done many times since I got a Nintendo switch in 2017. The girl behind the desk tells me that some time after I bought my joycons, Gamestop changed how the warrantee works: now instead of exchanging for new joy cons, I'm only allowed to exchange for used ones. I argued that the policy change should apply to new warrantees, not old ones that were purchased when their terms were different. The terms are what help someone determine if they want to spend the extra money to get it. She said she couldn't do anything about it. I asked for the manager and she revealed that she was the manager. Deplorable. In this situation, can't means won't. Lesson learned: if you need anything Nintendo, get it at the Nintendo store or off the Nintendo website. Gamestop is garbage. read more

The store manager Brian, is the most unprofessional, rude, and audacious manager I've ever met. I was trying to spend over $300+ at the store on Star Wars products but he turned me off by making racist remarks and pressuring me aggressively to renew my GameStop membership. Do NOT support this business and do NOT interact with this unprofessional manager Brian. Absolutely disgusting and it shows how desperate and deplorable he is. I hope he doesn't represent GameStop as a company because he is a sad excuse for a manager. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM GAMESTOP!!!ITS A SCAM!!! I order for 1-3 day delivery two weeks ago ...no package ...they haven't even sent to courier!!!! I called customer service was told to wait 7 days and call back...called back and was told previous person was wrong wait another 7 days....DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!!they won't even process a refund or replacement. I was helped by a guy named Carlos, who was just terrific. Always feel welcomed, staff allows my dog to come into the store which gives me more time for browsing. Always have a conversation from upcoming releases to old school classics. Can't complain, gamers for gamers attitudes always present. read more
