I know, I know...I should've just got the 20.00 one time charge, shit, better than the 30.00 membership that I was foolish enough to get (I swear that website had me gassed)! I was standing there like what if I like it and now I'll have to spend 20 plus an eventual 30. Fuck, ay dios mio, bloodclot!!! Okay, I checked out the first and second levels. Most of the gaming systems have issues: and the remotes are barely functional! Some consoles are not fully configured, and several are not logged into accounts, making proper gameplay impossible. The damn bartender is the one who is supposed to show you how to play the game. He didn't even know what to do and gave a lame ass sorry! The foosball table is entirely unusable, and the pool table is shaky and not steady. The atmosphere is just as bad. The absence of music creates a dull and lifeless atmosphere in the space. The staff appear to be entirely disengaged and unhelpful. I cancelled that damn membership with the quickness and made that boy show me the cancelled part on his screen. Fucking bye forever! Don't waste your time!

The employees seem completely uninterested and not helpful at all -- whether it's empty or packed, the service and vibe don't get any better. When it's crowded, it's even worse because there's barely any space to move around or enjoy yourself. Bottom line: I won't be coming back. If you're looking for a better gaming spot, BrookLAN is miles ahead of this place.
