Called this store and they told me pretty much 'too bad, so sad'. They also said to report to Nintendo support where I spent total of 4 hours on the phone troubleshooting only to be finally told that the console has a ban on it. Therefore, the console with a ban on it so it cannot be used. I never have had a Nintendo account and Nintendo verified the ban belonged to someone else. I reported this store to BBB and the response was the same. Now I am $225 out. Should have gone to Best Buy. So very unhappy and BEFORE buying from GameStop check the BBB. It has over 2K complaints for fraud and poor customer service.

It's obviously a bit smaller than a standalone store but it was still quite large for a mall store. I guess the malls in Texas just have a lot of space. There was a pretty impressive bargain book section in the back. I saw the usual standalone sections but I was pleasantly surprised to see a wall of sale fiction books, and there were a ton of titles. I didn't have a lot of time to browse, otherwise I might have grabbed a book or two! There is also a lot of miscellaneous fun gifts here like journals, mugs, toys, etc.
