There is some trade off to being able or willing to take a bit of a hit on things if you know its out of our hair right away vs things sitting at our home for possibly months waiting for it to sell on online resale sites. For my personal experience, this shop took care of us when repairing my PS2. They have always been awesome to my kiddo when we've brought him in to shop. He got more for some skylander figures, than he would have at other similar stores. The employees were friendly and informative, and you can tell that they are proud of this new store. The employee who helped me check out, even took the time to explain their free rewards program, and her help was much appreciated. The new location also has much easier parking, with plenty of spaces just outside their front door.
