I booked NudeTO like 8 months in advance like the super type A human that I am and they were nothing but gracious, professional and quick with their responses as I changed details, dates, constant questions, etc. throughout the process. The day of the event, the crew of 3 (manager, instructor and model) showed up early as promised, quickly got to work setting up and were ready right on time. Of course, we weren't. While we waited for the rest of our guests to arrived the NudeTO crew patiently waited for about 30-40 minutes with ZERO complaints. Our model Carl literally hid in the bathroom the whole time so as not to ruin the surprise. When we finally started the instructor was SO amazing. We had a group of 25 girls drawing and she kept everyone on track. Our model Carl. Omg. He was something out of this world. I wish I could write all of the hilarious comments I was told about him after but they are not PG13. So good looking. Now, let me get to the best/worst part. In the middle of the class (which was set up in our basement) the upstairs toilet leaked into the basement causing complete chaos. We had to take like a 30 min break while things got cleaned up. Again, no complaints or stress from the NudeTO crew. Once we were able to restart, they got everyone focused again so quickly and the toilet was forgotten. I was SO impressed and incredibly grateful to them. In the days since, I have received numerous compliments on how much fun everyone had, how amazing Carl was, best bachelorette ever, etc. Do not hesitate to hire NudeTO. Not only do they deliver an amazing experience, but they role with the punches of an unpredictable event with so much professionalism. Thank you to the whole crew!!!

From the moment our ceremony began at 5:00 p.m. until the very last song around 1:00 a.m., they played straight through with no breaks--and kept the energy sky-high the entire time. They played the perfect balance of top 40 and universally known songs like "rock with you" by Lionel Ritchie, and even played a special song for our entrance music. The ages of our guests ranged from early 30's to mid 70's, and everyone was on the floor dancing at some point of the night. We also booked one of their DJs and got some lighting from them. The administrative team were accommodating, organized and responsive. Thank you to Abby and Danae and the Sole Power band for making my wedding sound and look so great! Avoid avoid avoid. Worst escape room I've done, quite litterally have done FREE escape rooms better…read morethan this. None of the mechanisms work and the staff don't pay attention to manually start them either. So basically you'll solve a problem and wait around and wonder for 20 mins why nothings moving even if you got it right from the start. Then you have to ask for a clue (which they won't give, it'll just be a condescending phrase that tells you to do what you've already been doing.) then after fighting with them for five min they'll realize it's their fault and manually start it, wasting not just our time but our money. 30 dollars a person is just ridiculous for what this is. If you want more fun lock yourself in a dark closet for 30 min and try to get out, you'll probably feel more satisfied anyways. I will say that we did ignore all of the red flags 1. The bad reviews online 2. The two groups that came out super pissed off before us fighting for refunds cause nothing worked for them 3. How the place looked So kinda on us but... Did this for group bonding and I will say we did bond pretty well over how terrible this was and how much we got scammed, so maybe if you want team bonding then this works for you idk? Definitely tests your teams patience....

So many rooms to go through that it made the experience well worth it. My only criticism would be the staff. We didn't escape the room and only had one section left to get through. When the staff came in telling us we were out of time, the normal procedure would be to walk us through what we had left. Instead, the guy said he was unable to finish a walk through because the next group had arrived. It seemed that he was unwilling to walk us through the remaining aspects because if he did, then he'd have to reset all the puzzles... I've been to quite a few escape room locations and never has this happened before, even if the next group had arrived.. Overall the Osaka High room was pretty cool, but I only wish I knew how it ended.....
