I appreciate that they like to talk to their customers and share their love of video games and collecting with everyone who comes through the door. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The inventory is unique and diverse. They have a great selection of games from all ages and It's the only place I know of where you can find good import games at reasonable prices. I went in looking for PS3 controllers one of the days I went, in store was cool and I loved the…read moresetup but area is kinda sketchy first time going, $45 for an original ps3 controller and 25 for a 3rd party controller the white one was the first one they sold me which where L1 is located it was already broken and not something I've done and I went back in two days later to get a replacement for the faulty controller it even had connection issues. The second time I came in the store opens at 10Am and I was sitting in the parking lot at 10:44 and a few minutes later they arrive at 10:47 to finally get to the store as I sat in my car waiting to exchange controllers and after I go in I tell the guy about the controller he tells me that he can't warranty the white controller because it's broken and they don't sell broken controllers but I tell him I didn't break it it was sold to me like that then tells me he's going to check the cameras to see. I had a receipt texted to my number he offers to refund but I wanted a different controller to be given he gives me the black one with dirt and no offer to clean it what so ever and no testing the controllers they're selling I get home to load up a game I chose saints row 3 and my character starts walking by himself which is obviously stick drift so that's two faulty controllers I wouldn't recommend honestly but that's my experience at forever games.

Service lacking for web orders…read more After a few days of having my order unfulfilled I contacted their email address. After a few days of having no email response I contacted their phone number. After having my voicemail go unanswered, I contacted them on Facebook. After looking to see that a time stamp shows that they read my Facebook message, but did not respond, I checked my web order to find that the order had been refunded without them sending me any feedback about why. I had to check the item page to determine why I might have been refunded and the item is now listed as out of stock. It appears they have a nice service at their kiosk, however while their website looks great and is well organized, I don't feel that they attend to keeping stock status up to date or monitoring it for orders very well.
