I said oh now that I have two pairs of shoes I get and escort to the register but 40 mins ago I couldn't even get someone to help me now I have some funky shoes yall have the secret service escort me to the front! My boys this is money we are spending and we didn't have to take this half ace service being given to us... turn to the guy and said thanks but no thanks we will go someone where else where we are a priority! Went to the other shoes store JDs and 10/10 compared to what dicks gave us... bought 4 nice pairs of shoes and if dicks keep it up they can cancel me cause I won't shop where my dollar isn't worth it. Half of these kids working don't even wanna be there... but are hired on the spot just to give their shifts away.... If I was Mark Cuban and an investor in Campus Ink I would reconsider my investment. There seems to be no communication at this company. Twice now I have gotten mismatched shirts. I explained the problem and sent pictures the first time, and the second time they sent the exact same mismatched t-shirts. Now my team has different colored t-shirts and nothing to wear in a team photo. Exchanges with the bosses have blamed it on the supplier of the shirts. Excuse me but do your screenprinters have eyes? I would excuse the first mistake run but the second time too? If you noticed the problem and contacted me I would have happily paid for new and different shirts. Instead I wait two more weeks and get the same problem in the mail. Anyone with brain cells would see the problem with this order.
