The owner was not present even though I had an email confirming the business was ready for my delivery as scheduled. Later that afternoon the owner called and said she couldn't accept the items after all and I needed to pick the couch and chairs up yet that afternoon. I made emergency arrangements to have them picked up. When the driver got there he was told that they also didn't want the table and he needed to take that as well. This experience cost me extra money, endless phone calls to arrange the pickup. All because the owner changed her mind and wasn't present as promised causing this second pick up. To make it worse she wasn't even nice: she was curt and abrupt. Avoid this business at all cost.

Nothing incredibly special about the coffee that makes it over the top, but it's good. Seems perhaps a bit pretentious and trendy in attitude when it comes to service. Kind of gives off an air employee miserableness or even self-loathing at times. I don't expect people to bubble over with joy and excitement but being friendly with an inviting smile along with being able to hold a chat, goes a long way with me when it comes to the service industry. There's also a food court with the basic bland food choices you typically find in a mall like this. A lot of parking is available. It may be the best thing you can say about it. The best thing actually inside the mall is it's not crowded, which also can be a bad thing. For sure it's not cool like the Chicago malls, but this does it for around here. There's anchor stores plus a few others like Old Navy and the usual. Has a pretty big food court. The food there mostly sucks but there's lots to choose from including Chinese and Mexican. Good place to go shop and walk around in. It has a children's area including a carousel so it has something to entertain them. The mall isn't that good but for around here it's about the only mall so whatever.
