I was only helped after another manager named Nova returned to the store and assisted the staff. I was in the store for 30 min for a simple return because the first manager ignored and did not assist her staff. I often order online and return sizes as needed and I have never been treated like this before. I feel sorry for the two clerks who genuinely tried to help but the first manager present was extremely rude by ignoring them. It isn't their fault if she is standing right there and chooses not to involve herself.
