They're packed floor to ceiling with like every game for every console, new or old. They also have a bunch of old and new consoles. They also sold game accessories, remotes, amiibos, all that fun stuff. The prices were fair--even on the inexpensive side in my opinion. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly by several employees. They asked us to head to one of the counters in the back and they would assist us shortly. They were so enthusiastic about the Gameboy games my fiancé had. It was nice to see them get excited about games that were popular in the 90's and 2000's. We overheard them saying that they typically match whatever GameStop is currently offering in store credit. To our surprise, they gave my fiancé more than GameStop would have if we would've gone there. This is why it matters to support small businesses. We were happy with the level of service we received here and will definitely be back.

I cringed seeing one kid take off the VR eye wear, head phones and/or gloves and then put on the next child without even whipping it down. This happened both times we were here and one after another. The discs I received had come with deep scratches, rendering them completely unplayable. Selling games in this condition demonstrates either a complete absence of quality control or a disregard for customers altogether. It is one thing to expect minor cosmetic wear on used discs, but it is another to receive items that clearly were never inspected and should never have been sold in the first place. A company dealing in video games has one basic responsibility: to ensure the product functions. Kill Screen Games failed at that most fundamental level. Until they establish real standards for product inspection and customer care, I cannot hand them a good review.

I placed my order on a Tuesday evening & did not receive it until Saturday. That does NOT reflect 2-day priority. So I got gouged with outrageous shipping charges just to have it shipped late!!! They clearly are in the business of ripping off consumers & DO NOT care about customer retention. Looking around, I realized that a lot of dads accompany their kids to Gamestop, and we all have the same slightly bewildered looks on our faces.
