When we arrived, we were greeted promptly by several employees. They asked us to head to one of the counters in the back and they would assist us shortly. They were so enthusiastic about the Gameboy games my fiancé had. It was nice to see them get excited about games that were popular in the 90's and 2000's. We overheard them saying that they typically match whatever GameStop is currently offering in store credit. To our surprise, they gave my fiancé more than GameStop would have if we would've gone there. This is why it matters to support small businesses. We were happy with the level of service we received here and will definitely be back.

And I answered her "ALL gamestops" (and yes, I have bought things from THIS gamestop that gave an additional 50% off clearance). Then she finally said she will ask her coworker about it and he answered my question "There is an additional 30% off clearance items". Then later I overheard her telling a potential customer to come in the store to check instead of checking in the gamestop database if something is in stock.

Fraud! I am a steelbook collector. This is my first and last orders with them for sure. The first…read moreorder i made was a steelbook pre order. It was not cheap, about 60 bucks. This pre order resulted in order number but they cancelled it few days after it was confirmed. After i contacted them, their automatic customer service stated via email that i had a mismatched address and needed to fixed it and re-ordered again. I did exactly that. This time i got a different order number and the status of the order listed as "Processing". But what do you know. After this the status never changed even after i waited for 2 months and after the blu ray has been released in the US. After i contacted them again via email, the automatic email replied the same thing (That i had a mismatched address). But i have already fixed it. (Later on i found out these addresses worked with gruv, ebay, walmart, and zavvi when i preorder other steelbooks) . So i wonder what the hell are they smoking? Besides, the status of this pre order was listed as processing for the last 2 months as It did not show any issues. If there is still issue on the 2nd pre order then why didn't they notify me again ? Now after i found out that they did not even processed it even though the status said "processing", i then tried to order the steelbook somewhere else but it has run out everywhere. I should never pre order from these jerks. Very disappointed. They should not advertise this steelbook online from the first place. Dishonest, unprofessional, and classless. Beware. But this last time really took the cake. We ordered Columbo 11 movie collection. We never had to clean the brand new DVD's before. It had a gob of grease on the first DVD. The others had grease smeared by the small Ring area.
