Walked out with a statue I'd been hoping to find again after giving my first one away as a prize. Very nice, knowledgeable staff with a wide variety of games and comics and the prices on the statues were not marked up. It is a little out of my way, but I'll make a point of stopping in whenever I am in that part of DFW again.

They have tables for the community's use to play anything from Magic and D&D to Exploding Kittens and UNO. Been looking to upgrade a phone for photography and video work and have had my eye on purchasing a Samsung S23 Ultra. After looking around everywhere online and in at big retail stores (i.e., Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, etc.), I was ready to wait until new phones arrived and prices went down. That's when I stumbled on Recharge Electronics. By sheer luck, I was visiting the 7-11 next door when my wife noticed this store. Gave them a shot and Mike was great at helping us find a phone to replace my aging S10. Recharge offered a Samsung S23 Ultra in prime condition for $800. Compare that to Best Buy (next best price) at $945 on sale and it's easy to see how great the deals here are. After purchase, went down to my local service store, got it setup, and purchased a case and screen protector for less than Best Buy's price. The value and service here are so good, we're already discussing the possibility of buying my wife's phone here in the next year. If you're looking for electronics in test and great condition, check them out!

He offered a condescending apology, so I politely told him not to apologise and to be better. The next day, I returned during the middle of the day ready to sell my device. This time, I was refused because I was "rude to their employee". It's clear that employees with bad attitudes and a lack of customer service focus will eventually drive customers away. I wasted gas on two round trips for nothing and lost the money I would have earned for the monitor. This is unacceptable. You need to fire Tomas. He has a bad attitude and a spirit of offence.
