My son has been going to ProSwing Mt Kisco for 10 years. It has been one of the best experiences a…read moreparent could ask for his/child. From a baseball perspective, Dan Gray has developed a complete in depth program for young players at every level. The coaches are all BASEBALL PEOPLE. They've all played at the college or professional level and know how to convey their expertise to their students. Player development in every aspect of the game is number one. There's no question your child will learn to throw with strength and speed in a proper safe way to minimize chance for injuries. From fielding routine ground balls to pivoting on double plays, proper run down of a fly or line drive in the outfield, running the bases, and understanding the game, your child will advance as far as s/he can. I cannot say enough about the coaches and San Gray. In addition, Dan and the coaches preach only good sportsmanship, hard work (hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard), self confidence and motivation. All extremely valuable life skills your child will carry life long. They also promote team work, friendship and learning from one another. When my son walks in there he's "at home." Every single coach greets him with enthusiasm. The kids are all smoking and having a great time. The spring, summer and fall teams become tight units whose friendships carry over beyond the baseball season. If you are searching for a place for your son to become a better player and young person, you have found it! The teams are competitive but not crazy. They are not show case teams. But if your child is interested in college baseball, Dan is an expert advisor. He will honestly assess your child and help you devise a plan for applying to the appropriate programs. And no one coach is better than they other. In fact while your kid is having a session with a coach, frequently the other coaches will stop over and offer advice. The coaches are Vic Candaleria, Yon Rodriguez, John Candelier, Phil Schnorr, Howie Sivestri, Raphael Riguero. All A+ people your kids can admire and learn from. It's only added to the relationship I have with my son. Give Dan Gray and ProSwing a try.

The home run derby with the boys' names up on the big screens was a huge hit, and the kids stayed engaged with one of the owners and the girl helping run the activities. Diana was also great, she even offered to go and wait with the McDonald's order I placed, we chose that instead of Giacomo's pizza and the boys LOVED it! She was very sweet and thoughtful. My only friendly suggestion would be to include drinks like water or Gatorade in the package, since the kids are so active. Overall, it was an amazing party, and we'd definitely celebrate here again. I haven't been to the batting cages in literally a decade and I was curious to see how I would perform. There are about 10 pitching machines all throwing out pitches from 25-80 mph. Aluminum baseball and softball bats are provided throughout the venue as well as batting helmets. You can also bring your own equipment as well as I saw batters using wood baseball bats. I don't really recommend the exact pricing of the tokens, but the more tokens you buy, the more free tokens you get. Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for batting cages in the neighborhood. They also have a mini golf course within the venue.
