At the time of this review, I am STILL waiting on my Evolving Skies ETB from them. I found them thru an ad promoting the box for preorders and was initially wary but a lot of people were saying how they were legit, so I bought two. This was back in July 2021. As of now, Sept 23, 2021, I still haven't received any updates. Asking them thru ig, they give you an automated message saying how the boxes are delayed (according to them, they are receiving them in waves) and do not respond to emails at all. I have tried to be understanding of the situation but they have the worst customer service ever. I start to get sus when I noticed they were deleting comments that were asking about updates for their orders on their evolving skies post. I was one of those deleted comments. My advice: don't have preorders opened for months if you can't guarantee that customers will get them at a timely manner. I noticed they told someone they had preorders opened since MAY 2021. I'm not surprised if they just oversold. Giving them until the end of the month to respond to my email before I dispute with my bank because this is ridiculous. read more

Writing this review because I'm just shocked at the lack of customer service from this place. If you read their reviews they say they strive to do best by their customers but I don't see that to be true. On October 26th I pre-ordered some Pokemon cards and the release date has come and gone with very little response from the store itself. I reached out days after the pre release and release and was told it was shipping that day (November 12), in an email exchange where I was asked for more information and just got those two words as a response. "Shipping today." No explanation, no further information, and still no shipping information or products. I have since sent two more emails and have had no response. We ordered ther $925 bundle for celebrations very early on from them in August when the bundle popped up on there website. After seeing a lot of 50/50 reviews we were like lets just cancel the order in the beginning of September. They said they have a no cancel policy so we were like fine we get it. Now comes 10/22, alright they should have all our stuff and should be expecting to get our package soon. One week later a label was created. One week of the label status being "label created awaiting carrier" it became delivered... Okay where is our package??? We contact them via email and got a very disturbing responsing telling us to claim insurance through the carrier(screenshot attached). Now we do some digging and noticed the shipping label said the package only weighed 1LB. I have shipped things out before and literally a small box is labled 1 pound... so how is 1k worth of pokemon product weighed 1 pound... Yall been warned and now I have to file a disbute through my bank which is a waste of time but this store is just something else. Selling us an idea of 1k. Scam, fraud, they steal your money, do not give them your "business". I will make this short and to the point. I ordered the $1k Celebrations Bundle back in summer 2021, a month after release in October it had still not shipped and I tried communicating with the "store" many times with no response. I received a shipped email in early November and the package arrived in mid November. The package was missing two items from the order. I inquired and received no response. I inquired again and they told me those additional items would be shipping in a week. Now a month later, there has been no further fulfillment of my order, their instagram account is deleted and their phone number goes to a "call cannot be completed" message. At this point I feel lucky I even got half my order. This company is a scam and should be held accountable for the amount of money they have stolen from people. They take people's money, and in some cases, send some product out to prove they send something, but in the end it is easy to see what their true motive is. They should be ashamed of themselves as they have no morals or good values. read more

The staff was extremely friendly. I've seen Magik being played for over 10 years and never really got into it. Decided I should try it out and the staff gave me alot of information for a newbie. Even gave me a free starter pack to help get me introduced. I'd recommend this place as it is pretty occupied and a friendly community in general. Seemed pretty respectful and great mix of audience. Bunch of kids playing pokemon and magik. Adults playing draft tourneys. Some teens just checking out tabletop or boardgames in general. Decent selection on used games. read more

Went for the vintage Pokemon cards, left with a smile -- and some awesome cards! The customer service here is second-to-none. Competitive pricing and some great inventory. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. I've never had a better experience in a gaming shop. read more
