I even had a question at 12:26 AM one morning and they responded back within 5 minutes of me sending over my question. WOW!!! The day of our travel the vehicle arrived right on time and Nabil Rana was another extension of this superb company and experience. Typically I do not like to talk when I am riding but we conversed the entire ride and it was truly enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the amenities offered were great (waters, gum, mints). The ride to the airport was quite enjoyable. Upon our return, I forgot to turn my phone off of airplane mode until we were leaving baggage claim but I was already getting notifications that the driver was there awaiting our contact so he could meet us at the pick up area. He arrived a few short minutes after we walked out of the door so we had minimal wait time. The drive home was pleasant as well. I booked nearly a month in advance and up until the day of the wedding, the company had been responsive and I had received fairly high customer service. The company had charged me in weekly installments and by the day of our event, I had fully paid them. Then on the day of my own wedding, I get a text and then some calls from the driver around 2 pm (the bus was due at out house at 4:30) saying they had to cancel on us because of issues with the bus. I like to think of myself as a reasonable guy and I get that buses can break down. But to find out a few hours beforehand that they have no other options for us, and on my wedding day, was infuriating and super stressful. The company made no other offers, such as a smaller bus and I never received a call or apology from the owner after this fiasco. (We were able to book another bus at the last moment from Action Limousines and they delivered excellent service.) Do not use this company. They do not deserve your business.

I used them last year for our company annual trip to Lake Lanier and I'm just in the process of nailing down the details for the trip this year...and of course it involves the Fur Bus. Let me just tell you about the fabulous experience I had with them last year then. Booking was SUPER simple. They answered every single last one of my random questions and adhered to our timings/requirements perfectly. Since I live closer to the Lake than to our office downtown I drove straight to the Lake and one of my colleagues greeted the driver etc. Before the actual day of the trip I had the driver's (Ginger) number and we texted back and forth and her response's were quick. The Fur Bus driver will get to their required spot 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time...and Ginger did. When they all arrived at the Lake everyone told me about the fun trip they had on the way up. When our boat docked the Fur Bus was there. My "worse for wear" colleagues didn't phase Ginger one bit.
