Parts were $15 and he took 5 minutes to make a hole in the wall. Do they charge $800 labor? for 5 minutes work. We asked for Anthony to call us and explain; he did not have the courtesy to call us back. We kept getting excuses from there receptionist that he was busy!! I had cold drafts and other weather related elements coming into my home. Ed and sons reframed and installed a newer high end door. Prior to the installation I literally could see outside with all the gaps in the door. I am now saving on my energy bills. I have had other projects that were equally outstanding.
