They called in advance, came early, looked at my issues, explained what needed to be done and provided the estimate. One of the items was not a plumbing issue and it was thoroughly explained to me. The work was done in a little less than 90 minutes. The plumber was friendly, efficient, clean and checked the work he did one more time before leaving. The cost was very reasonable. Rob is very friendly and professional. He checked out my issue, gave me a very reasonable quote, and immediately went about fixing the problem. I also asked him to install a shutoff valve to my dishwasher water supply...again, no problem! He had everything he needed with him. All the parts, pipes and valves...including a new sink drain. When they started filling the pool the whole thing collapsed. To make matters worse the company went bankrupt the next day and opened under a new name. After speaking with a few pool dealers about a new pool, my main concern was that the pool would never collapse again. Scott showed me a hard wall product that has reinforced sides sent in cement. He took the time to explain how the construction of it works & sold me on the idea. 15 years later over the winter my 10 year liner gave up. (next time I'll replace it in 10 years instead of waiting) Not sure how long the water level was less than half but when I pulled the security cover off, the pool walls did not move. Contacted Diamond Pools & they were here in few days to install the new liner I picked out. Thanks for the great install & products when you installed my pool!! This involved cutting a hole in the bedroom closet wall to gain access. Marty did a great job. He replaced the multiport got his money and left never telling me that the part was defective and didn't backwash or rinse? So I called and emailed and said you have to make this right, then I'm told it's defective and I need to return it. I call the company that made the part and they called Mike and told them to replace it. They scheduled to come out that following Friday and I confirmed that they would be there on Thursday. Again he failed to call or show up as scheduled, I hired another company to come out and look at the multiport and that's when it was found that the port wasn't defective it was installed improperly the return was were the intake should have been, needless to say I would not recommend them.
