Our initial consultation with Greg gave my Wife and I a great idea what to expect out of our city's current real estate market, as well as a few tweaks he would make to our home to bring top market value. From the beginning, I was blown away by Greg's ability to utilize technology to generate a ground swell of interest in the house before it ever hit MLS. As a result, Greg was able to leverage the "buzz" he had created into several offers that came in over asking price. At the same time Greg was also representing my Wife and I on the purchase of another great classic home in Fort Worth. I was impressed how Greg rolled up his sleeves and got dirty on both the negotiations of some sticking points with the previous homeowners, but also in the inspection process. I was running late from a work appointment, when we were supposed to meet a roofer to do a thorough inspection of the roof. By the time I got to the house, Greg was on the roof in a suit taking pictures of anything he could find to use as leverage to drive the asking price down on the house. To say he went the extra mile for us is an understatement. We would recommend Greg to anyone in need of a Real Estate Guru.
