Mike photographed my home me to list on the MLS. He posted the 3D photos without approval. When I…read morehappened to see them on Zillow, I noticed there were 3 that made the paint look a completely different and very ugly color. I called him up to ask him to take them down and he got very defensive and rude. First denied they were there and then told me there was nothing he could do about the color in the photos. He started yelling at me and diverting the conversation to something that had nothing to do with his photos. I just kept asking him to take them down and he just yelled at me and was condescending. I have never had an experience like this before and I hope no one ever has to either.

I hired Mike to photograph a listing I had, per a recommendation from another real estate broker…read more When he came out to take the photos, I explained that the sellers didn't want the super wide, stretched out looking photos, and that I'd rather have a couple photos of a room, rather than one super wide angle one. I also asked if he would take one shot of the epoxy garage floor. Well, when I received the photos, they were all stretched out and wide angled, they did not represent the house well at all, and with the lighting, it made the colors of the counters look different. And no shot of the garage floor. My clients were not happy to say the least. However, I had paid $190. for the photos, so we went ahead and used them. After not getting any attention on the listing, my clients asked me to remove the photos and use the photos from the previous listing, so we changed out almost all the photos Mike had taken. As a business person, I reached out to him to let him know my clients weren't happy, though I made it clear I was not asking for a refund, I just wanted him to know that we did not get what we had asked for and I thought he may want to know. Mike responded by telling me that he already refunded my money, sorry I didn't like the photos, but then went on to insult me for thinking his photos were bad, as well as insulting my photos on past listings I had sold. He also demanded that I take down every single photo, and threatened that if I didn't do so, he would report me to our local association. So, not only does Mike do what he feels like doing, not what his clients ask for, but if you're not happy, apparently you get to be insulted, threatened and thrown to the curb. I will never hire Mike again, and I would suggest if you need a photographer, you hire someone else.

Do NOT hire this guy. Run, don't walk, away. I have never interacted with someone who was so…read moreincredibly unprofessional and, quite frankly, just rude. I hired Alexander, owner of IVYPNW Video, as a wedding gift for my brother & his fiancé. I signed the contract in November 2019 for their September 2020 wedding. When COVID hit the venue cancelled the wedding in June. Rather than reschedule the wedding date, my brother & his fiancé decided to move the venue to a private residence in California. I emailed Alexander as soon as the venue cancelled to explain the situation and inquired about a return of deposit. He told me that he would not refund my deposit but was willing to travel out-of-state for an additional fee and expenses (which was understandable). This was initially great news to hear, so I took that info back to the family to see if it was worth the additional investment. We decided to pay the extra money and told Alexander we'd be keeping the original contract date. That's when things went sideways. Alexander it seems had already booked another wedding on that very date. He told me he would try to move things around to accommodate both weddings and then Alexander then went silent for a few weeks and didn't communicate with us. But as the wedding date is closing in, I needed to know if he was either going to show up and video the wedding or refund my deposit - remember he double-booked this date. Alexander became aggressive, accusatory, and threatening. He referred to me as "childish" and unable to comprehend a contract. He sent multiple emails bashing me, my family, and the wedding, using words and language that I won't repeat here. Alexander is not someone I would want around my guests at a wedding or any event. I'm so glad he showed his true self and lack of professionalism before we exposed our guests to this person. Do yourself a favor and avoid a calamity. Chose another company for your wedding or special event. Literally, any other company.
