Then I had an appointment and the doc had a passing In her family. ok like so wtf Ive been there 3 x now. So I go and i wasn't numbing so she put a temp filling in. They call and terminate my file and told me basically They weren't seeing me anymore. Like lady left a hole in my fkn tooth and now I have to find someone to fix it. Getting my dentures took 6 extra weeks due to staffing problems, they never fit correctly but I was given 2 temporary fixes that only lasted days. When I went in the 3rd time I was told I had to go to Flint for any more work. Now I'm screwed on my insurance getting new ones. The fact the office mgr quit and no dentist will work at this place should tell you to stay far, far away if they ever reopen.

You just have to call randomly and hope someone answers. The dentist yelled at my daughter bc he said she was 20 minutes late. We had been waiting for 30 minutes in the parking lot. Great Expression Dental of Lansing GASED me as a minor to take advantage of me!!!…read more 3 different doctors from Great Expressions Dental have delibrately caused damages to my teeth. On the Ortho side of the business Late 1990s to 2001 had braces done here. Doctors TWICE took advantage of me under gas! My teeth all now starting to so MAJOR issues do to this places destruction First occurrence, The last visit before braces were to be removed, I was gased to a point it was impossible to lift my arms, the doctor picked all fillings and sealants off my teeth. Second occurrence, The first doctor disappeared, no longer WORKED for business. This was the visit the braces were removed. Under heavy gas again, when after braces were removed the dental assist did a beatiful job removing the braces and polishing my teeth. After she was done, the so called Doctor, which was mentioned WAS JUST visiting the place, SAID Quote" I'll give you a real nice smile hehehe" puts on glasses with a magnefing glass mounted on one eye. He grabs the grinder and grinds ,shaves, eitches all my front teeth. My Mother was there repeatly saying no, no, no.... it all HAPPENED so fast. Now I have very visble horizontal lines showing in the center of my top two top front teeth , with BOTTOM edges enamel flaking off and a second set of lines are now starting to appear Vertically in those teeth . He Ground CROSSES into my teeth. Next 2 teeth on each side have visible pits in the center of them. The front bottom teeth were ground to cause the top two front teeth to chip in the center, with edges left high and thick, but ground down on other side. I'm so ashamed to smile now. On the Denist side of the Business A few years after the braces were removed. After having my teeth cleaned, Which was performed by a women, who used to always comment how great my teeth were, (She never again mentioned my great teeth after the braces were removed). The Doctor comes in and inspects my teeth for cavitys. Saids "Oh you have a cavity happily" after jerking my head sideways from aggressivily pushing a dental pick into my teeth and pulling. This was the farest back tooth in my mouth. When the so cavity was filled, that docter to about a 1/4 inch grinding tool and ground that tooth to a U, down to my gums, just to watch me cry. I stopped going shortly after this. All my teeth where sealed, meaning filled to prevent cavitys, by an earily dentist. All his work completly removed by Great Expressions Dental. Also tried posting this review to on Angies list. Unable to post there because Great Expressions asked to be removed. This place has a buried past! Google has this place with more 5 star Reviews than all the other dentist in Lansing combined....Ten 5 stars for each of 1 star person they damaged... If your really consider this place, I highly reccommed calling other dentist in the area and asking if there is any place NOT to Visit. Have they seen Damages delibrate caused by another dentist?
