After waiting these 2 long hours, I was greeted by a rude dentist. When I entered the room, I said hello and asked how they were, and I didnt even get a response. It took almost an hour for a simple checkup, and after I left I had a terrible pain in my gums. This is the opposite of what I went to the dentist for. Will not be visiting again.

When visiting the office, I felt like the front desk staff knew me by name and made my time there worthwhile. In addition, Dr. G would take the time to see me at every visit and talk me through the progress at every step. It was at 1:30 or so I think. On the day of my appointment I got a call saying that I missed it at like 9:30 am. My mom called back and told them of their mistake but they said that it couldn't be true because they wouldn't schedule a braces removal at such a late time. They rescheduled it and we even brought my appointment card to show that it was supposed to be at 1:30 but the front desk worker didn't really acknowledge it (she just took the card and put it somewhere) and everyone acted like I was the one who made a mistake and was late. It's just frustrating that they wouldn't acknowledge their own mistake.
