It was at 1:30 or so I think. On the day of my appointment I got a call saying that I missed it at like 9:30 am. My mom called back and told them of their mistake but they said that it couldn't be true because they wouldn't schedule a braces removal at such a late time. They rescheduled it and we even brought my appointment card to show that it was supposed to be at 1:30 but the front desk worker didn't really acknowledge it (she just took the card and put it somewhere) and everyone acted like I was the one who made a mistake and was late. It's just frustrating that they wouldn't acknowledge their own mistake.
