    First off, we met with Dennis, very personable and what a delight. Then we were onto Jay and Ernesto. Our experience was good, pretty easy, and they did help us walk-through the things that we needed to know. The whole process was pretty easy although we never did get the DocuSign to work through the email so we just took care of everything at the showroom. We love our new F150 the color I believe is called space command, but can't really remember for sure but she is a beauty... it's a comfortable showroom that has some great magazines. I found a wine spectator that had the story about a chef that changed America, we just had to watch the documentary on him so that was a great fine for me while we were waiting.. I WOULD RECOMMEND

    I wanted to get a replacement Ford Edge and Galpin Ford had the one I was interested in purchasing. It was clean and test drove nicely. Albert assisted me with my purchase and I even purchased a bumper to bumper warranty as well. It was a pretty long drive from my home 2.5 hours away, but it was worth the drive at the end of the day.

    I did love going to them when I needed to purchase a vehicle. Got a good price on a 2008 Chevy…read moreImpala. And they made purchasing the car very simple. Well back in August, I had an oil pressure issue that needed to be fixed, as well as a small transmission leak. And I was also supposed to get my air conditioner system vacuumed out because they had installed a new one in the car a month after I bought the car. I have contacted them by phone, email and text and trying to make appointments to get the car in to be fixed. They even had the part and said it would be $215. Everytime I would make an appointment, they would cancel it on the day of. I've been cancelled on at least 3 times already. My last appointment was supposed to be October 24th of 2022 at 10am. I even made the appointment in person 2 weeks prior. I show up to their lot at 10am, no one was there. I called their office and the lady that answered first said that they don't remember scheduling an appointment for me. I literally told her I scheduled it 2 weeks ago. Then she put me on hold and then got back to me and said the mechanic got into an accident and they didn't know when he was coming back. This was probably the 3rd time I was cancelled on. Then in November, I attempted to contact them again and said the problem was getting worse and that they really need to fix my car asap! Left 3 messages, and not heard back from them since. Now I just feel like they are avoiding me and refusing to fix the car even though they said they would. Now I feel like I have no choice but to take it to an actual shop which will cost me more than I can afford. And they also told me they wouldn't work on the car till they had the payment first which I found Abit shady. Don't think I would recommend buying from them because they say they will fix any minor issues with their cars, but then they don't call their customers back or cancel appointments when the vehicle is in need of repairs.
