That level of integrity is hard to find. No gimmicks, no pressure--just straightforward, honest, and exceptional service. Jeff made the entire experience stress-free, and he's a true asset to ACA Automotive. I highly recommend working with him.

The value of their services is appropriate to what you receive as a customer. Also, I recently received a very expensive quote from another mechanic for a service my car needed and took it to Jamel and Celine. I am not very knowledgeable about cars, so I deeply appreciate that they were honest with me at a time when I could very well have been taken advantage of and charged for something that was not needed. Jamel, Celine, and their team deserve all the business and positive reviews!

It ended up being the simplest fix: both bulbs were burned out. They had everything replaced within a few hours. Fair pricing, clear communication, and no upselling. Because I was getting ready to go out of town, I took the car to another mechanic to have it checked. I was told that something underneath the vehicle had not been properly tightened/secured during the oil change, which caused the oil leak and led to serious gasket damage. I'm now being told the repairs could cost around $6,000. My car was not having this issue before the oil change. What should have been basic routine maintenance turned into a major mechanical problem and an extremely expensive repair. I'm very disappointed with the service and the damage this has caused. I would strongly recommend anyone coming here for an oil change check underneath their vehicle for leaks immediately afterward and have the work inspected if anything seems wrong.

This time, aside from the oil change, I let them know I was having issues with squeaky brakes. I was taken back and shown my brake pads and given a quote. I decided to check out some new places and this was what was recommended by Google AI (I know! lol!) and I'm glad I called them this morning! My Jeep Gladiator was quoted to need new brakes and shocks by my other place at my last oil change several months ago and I've noticed the brakes have been taking a lot longer to stop. I didn't want an accident! Thank God, I called & they picked up this morning. The nice lady answered and told me I could come right away. (Mornings are best & least crowded, fyi) So I got there within 10 min at around 9am-ish. This place is CLEAN, great atmosphere and music in the office, I had great conversations with the lady/wife (I'm so sorry... I forgot your guys' name). Great family owned business! I love supporting family businesses! How did I not know or see this place before?! I've driven by many times! Anyway, this is my new go-to spot for brakes & shocks and suspensions! They are honest! Worked hard and as fast as they could! Time flew by! I was on my laptop half the time and watched The Flintstones on the TV. Lol! FYI, they don't just work on Toyota's! Lol! I read the reviews before coming and wasn't sure at first... But the reviews were great! And when I got there, they were working on a little mini Jeep! I don't know about you... But that was confirmation for me! So I let them check out my car and give me a quote and they gave me honest and comparable prices so I just said get her done! Lol! They don't use parts you purchase, which is understandable, because they can't be liable for any issues from the part you bought but they do warrant their work and parts they order, which is good. My Jeep Gladiator doesn't squeak anymore and it drives soooo smoothly! Thank you so much for even checking why my engine light went on. (It's been going on and off for a while... ugh!) I just gotta get the electrical brake light checked out or fixed. So that gave me some relief that it wasn't the engine. lol! I highly recommend them and I'll be coming here for all brakes & suspension or shocks... in the future... but with the quality they put in... probably not for a few years! lol! Thanks for that, btw! I brought my car in to address an error code that was preventing me from passing smog. I paid about $300 for the repair, but the underlying problem wasn't resolved, which was frustrating. I ended up paying for a repair that didn't solve my issue, which I regret. I later had my regular mechanic look at it and he was able to fix the problem. It was very complex. Based on that experience, I just wish the diagnosis and repair here had been more thorough.
