I read some of these other reviews, so I'd like to preface this by noting that I was not…read morecompensated in any way for this Yelp review. Quality First earned all the stars they're getting. I knew based on the inspection of the house when I bought it that my roof was likely at it's lifespan (built in 1986) but candidly, I am busy. The last thing I want to do is spend a lot of time and energy on contractor quotes. I needed the process to be easy and simple - which is why five years went by before I made the move to replace my roof. Quality First had been in my neighborhood several times and I'd seen the work they'd done for other homes. When they knocked on my door, I decided to entertain a free quote. I knew approximately what the roof I wanted would cost and their quote came in right at the place I had expected. As far as the work, the crew was great. They were very respectful, made sure to check in daily and kept things incredibly tidy. There wasn't so much as a loose shingle in my driveway the entire time they were working. Project took maybe 3 or 4 days, and at the end I found one lone nail that had rolled under my garbage can. Very happy that they left my driveway so clean! I would definitely recommend them - my roof looks great, has a killer warranty, and I was overall very happy that I gave them my business.

Always made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Well priced for what needed to be done. Mac was overseeing the project. He stopped in at the start and explained questions I had. I was impressed with Mac. Professional work /top notch materials, not a bad combination. Neal was great on site too, explaining details throughout the project. After completion I had a few neighbors reaching out to me, they wanted to know who did the roof. Good work echos, the roof reflects it! Thanks Quality First Home Improvement!

I cannot say enough how happy and extremely satisfied I am with our experience with Brother's. We…read morehad 4 windows that were old, unfunctional and missing screens. We called in Brother's and got a very reasonable quote that beat a competitors price. After paying the deposit our windows were ordered. We were on the back end of the covid caused delay so we understood the wait time which was approx. 11 weeks. From the initial quote visit with Kevin to installation with Lawrence, the whole process was flawless. They estimate 1 hour per window at installation but it's actually faster than that. Lawrence was professional and well seasoned in his work. He guided his assistant and got through it all quickly. They cleaned as they went and left nothing undone. I can open the windows and feel the beautiful breeze when cleaning which is exciting to me and the new windows make my house look bright and fresh. What a difference it makes to have updated, functional windows. We still have 4 left to update but when our budget allows for it, we will definitely call Brother's back to complete the job.

The options given by Brothers rep Jake were exactly what we'd been hoping for after asking multiple other companies for quotes. Some were so unprofessional and outrageously priced that we'd almost given up hope. The crew finished 9 single-story sliding windows and a therma tru door replacement in two days. We couldn't be happier! I would recommend Brothers to everyone I care about- they know what they are doing!

We had a fairly smooth experience with this company. Only one real issue, that was handled quickly…read moreand professionally. We have renovated our house quite extensively, and after having a quote of $10,000 to replace a sliding glass window with fridge doors from a different company, I decided to put the French doors and myself. I cut a hole in the wall and installed a 60 inch window. It was quite a bit of work and right when I was finishing up there was a knock on the door and some kid from the Bay Area I wanted to talk to me about window replacements from Dabella. It was immaculate timing. He was a nice kid, so professional that I called the main number and gave him a compliment . They Set up the appointment and Elaina that sales person came out. She did a window count and approximate size. Then started the sales process where they present the types of windows, the options, and all of that. Now the horrible part of getting bids for windows, doors, water softeners, garage door replacement is what the market bears. We as consumers don't know what the market bears, the salesperson does. And it's like buying a used car if you don't know the product inside and out... you don't know how to gauge the value. Especially when the sales person works on commission or bonuses. 99% of the time you walk away wondering could you've gotten it for $1000 less? Did you overpay? Is it truly the value that they say it is? So the bottom line is you determine how much you want to spend... don't tell them this price but you keep negotiating and until you get it. And that's what we did. You can't worry later if you could've saved $500 more. A few weeks after agreeing on a price, a guy came out and did the hard measurements . Submitted the measurements to the window company and then you wait for them to be manufactured. The installation only took four hours and the guys were really nice. Professional. The only snafu we had was when the guy came out to do the hard measurements, I told him I wanted a different window in the bedroom. I explained to him instead of slider windows. I wanted a window they went up and down like our living room (double hung). He took the measurements and told me he would tell his boss. I never heard from them again. Once the windows showed up, they put them in and then I noticed it was the wrong window. I asked the installer who was the guy that measured... he said he did in fact, tell his boss of the change. So of course I called (I'm pretty sure the guy's name was Kory Bounds a district manager for Dabella) and let them know of the mistake. His immediate response is what kept us from being five star, and his secondary response is what kept this from being 2 star lol. His first response was to look at the contract and say hey Tommy, you got what was on the contract, it's what you ordered. I was a bit defensive after that and let him know that that was not the proper response. He didn't have to try hardball tactics with me. Then I told him that I told his representative to change it, and he told the company and I thought it was taken care of. He apologized and went back over the notes or whatever he does and then offered me a discount of $432. It was not the window I wanted, but it was not a dealbreaker so I told him thank you and accepted his offer. He offered to refund the credit card, however, I told him that I paid cash so he sent a check. So my recommendation is if you need to change something from the original quote, make sure you call the sales person so nothing gets lost in translation. All in all I had 10 windows for about $15,000. Compared to the other beds, this was a good price. I'm happy with the windows. Could I've got it cheaper? Maybe? Am I happy with the purchase yes.

I only know they were walking around my property thanks to my cameras. I've never heard of them, never contacted them, but they felt the need to trespass. If they ignore people's clearly posted signs, what other things will they ignore? How to properly do their roofing job? How to install a window?
