I work with vendors and contractors all the time in my profession, and Servando was by far one of the easiest and most professional people I've worked with. One thing I especially appreciated was that if I gave him information or directions that didn't seem quite right, he wouldn't just blindly move forward--he would ask thoughtful questions to make sure we were making the best decision possible. Another thing that stood out was how honest and straightforward he was with pricing. There were no surprise change orders, no ballooning costs, and no unexpected price increases that we weren't aware of ahead of time.
