When I returned with the pieces, he quoted me three times what he had originally, claiming the parts would damage his machine (not true). When I called the original Madison framer who did the work, they told me that they wish I hadn't taken it apart because there's a "correct" way to do it. This guy is just in it for the money. I asked one of the clerks if I could return it if need be and she told me I could. The fabric ended up being super thin/cheap so I brought it back for a return. I explained the situation to the manager who looked at my receipt and told me to come back with the packaging. I live 15 minutes away. I came back with the packaging and she told me I could not return it because of what it said on the receipt! When I expressed my disappointment and explained that I would not be returning to the store she condescendingly nodded her head and waved goodbye to me. Left me feeling awful. Be better!

But when she said this her body language and the way she said it was very rude. While I'm not giving her attitude at all because I know it's very hard to work in customer service. so I was very displeased the way she went about it. While I am only 24 years old and she was in her late 40s. There was no respect at all. If she let me finished I was just trying to show her that on the website it states that. So that if your not going to accept that option then you should know what it says so you are aware of next time. But the way she handle it was not coming from a person in management.
