They also cleaned our tile floors and our sectional sofa I was so shocked to see the transformation with our sectional it's still drying so you can see where it is damp but all the stains are gone it looks brand NEW. They where able to fit me in to their schedule faster than any other of the companies that I had reached out to, he was able to answer any questions I had as far as up keeping for the tile. Why wouldn't you choose a Family owned business over a corporation it's just a no brainer to me I will definitely be recommending them to any family that might need their tile, carpet or upholstery cleaned.

That being said, the quality of the cleaning was just adequate and nothing special. I have used other carpet cleaning companies and had significantly better cleaned carpets. Like others here, I had used Mark for years, great work every time. When Rudy arrived and informed…read moreme that he was the new owner, I saw no reason not to give him a try. He steam cleaned my tile floors and did a good job. He gave me an estimate on my stall shower. The tile needed cleaning from the waist down, not the entire height of the walls. He said that he'd clean the tile and grout and re-caulk everything. His exact words were "it will look like new"; the price $400.00 (for half a shower). He completely OVER PROMISED. The tile looks OK, the grout is still gray, it doesn't look like new at all. When the caulking he applied came off in strips I called him back. He made an appointment but had to cancel for illness, he said he'd been in an accident a few days before, HE DID'NT CANCEL UNTIL AN HOUR BEFORE HE WAS DUE. I made a second appointment and the morning of, he texted and said he'd put the wrong address in his GPS, HE HAD BEEN HERE THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, so why he was lost is a mystery. I asked if he needed directions, he simply quit responding and never showed up. WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I really wanted to give him a chance, but in the end I feel that I was ripped off. Save your time and money and call someone else!

We have a steam cleaner, and I thought it would be so much easier to just do it ourselves. So, I requested a quote (through yelp) and Daniel from All Steam promptly replied back with an estimate for our townhouse. He was quick, reasonably priced and polite in the email, so, we went with his services. Moving is stressful and it was a crazy busy day. My husband was out with my daughter at a volunteer event in Visalia, my other daughter had a cheer performance and we were in the midst of still moving items out of the kitchen and garage. AHHHH!! It feels stressful just recollecting this day. However, All Steam was so efficient it made at least THIS process easy! The gentleman appeared onsite right on time and immediately went to work.
