Working with Damian and his team has been a pleasure. We emailed for a quote and he asked some…read morequestions and for some photos of the space. (Every other person we emailed for a quote did the same. None came to visit, and with COVID I was cool with that.) His quote was consistent with most of the other highly rated folk we reached out to for quotes. What set him apart was his clear emails with detailed pricing. It was clear that he knew painting was expensive, and people imagine doing everything at once and think of it as all-or-nothing. His pricing model showed it was some-at-a-time. (We did go all in though :) ) He was very responsive on email and answered questions from the mundane to the esoteric with patience and clarity. He came the day before the job was supposed to start to drop off supplies and map out everything that was should happen with me and his team. His team was great, polite, and professional. The speed and quality of the work was amazing. Everyone was happy to answer questions and explain what was happening. For me, the true test was with an accident that happened. Relatively minor, but Damian took full ownership and made it right without any discussion. That is how you do it. He gave great advice throughout the process, and respected what I needed. Have already asked for quotes on additional spaces in the house. Highly recommend.

This is a long overdue review for Lexington Paint. I cannot recommend Spiro and his team enough. I…read morewas getting floor work done at the same time, and Spiro and his team worked around my schedule and was extremely flexible with last minute changes. He even finished a day earlier than the quoted turnaround so I can make my hard deadline. Lexington painting did not sacrifice quality even with the short turn. The painting was smooth and even, and covered up the dark grey accent walls left by the previous owner. Even though it took more coats that originally quoted, Spiro did not charge me extra. Finally, the communication was excellent. Karen provided COIs and multiple SOWs quickly, and Spiro either texted or called to explain everything to ensure I was comfortable with the job. Would recommend this team in a heartbeat.

We closed on a 2-bedroom unit which was in good condition, but certainly needed a bit of TLC. From meeting Alvy, as well as through multiple conversations prior to day 1, Alvy was very responsive and very honest in his professional opinions/advice. We hired them to get started during holiday week, in which they recommended we mark areas for them to address during the process. Alvy and his father began setting up/prepping 12/24, and we just saw the finished product yesterday for the year end 2019. Our expectations were all met and highly exceeded: from top to bottom ceiling, walls, base trims, and closets- it was everything we imagined for our new home. Alvy and his team also clean up the best that they could- and to be honest, it looked much better and cleaner than when we first got the unit! I would highly recommend Alvy and his team again for any paint work. Their professionalism and expertise is everything you could ask for in making your home, "yours."

The crew arrived on time, did an outstanding job, and now the finished ceiling actually looks better than it did before the damage. They worked quickly and efficiently, and at the end of each day, they left the space neat and organized. Everyone was courteous, professional, and respectful of our home. What impressed us most was the way the project was managed. It was clear that they understood the disruption that repairs like this can cause, and they went above and beyond to minimize the inconvenience. Elias took a hands-on approach, thoughtfully coordinating the crew and allocating additional resources to complete the work as efficiently as possible--faster than expected--without sacrificing quality. That level of care, planning, and commitment to customer service set them apart. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, high-quality restoration services.

That happened on March 22nd. Since then, week after week they keep promising to try to come back and week after week they are no shows. I even explained to them that our building is expected to have a freeze on construction projects this week due to an impending strike so can they please wrap up this job before then, and they said yes but are now not responding to emails. Then after this perfect job was finished, we had a leak coming from the shower body behind the newly tiled wall. Fred came back and worked with the plumber to remove four glass tiles in the wall so the problem could be fixed. Then he replaced the tiles so miraculously, one cannot tell which tiles were replaced. Aside from his superior craftsmanship, Fred is responsive and communicative. He and his crew were neat, punctual and completed the job on time, without added expense.
