Be prepared it can take several weeks but hey we are in the aftermath of a world wide pandemic and supply chain, microchip and all can delay your delivery but it was definitely worth the wait Fast forwarding to the install they delivered the gear, made the holes, draw the speaker lines and plugged and hooked everything up within a few hours... The end result is phenomenal, the customer service is exceptional and I was happy to use their services... it's a local business and the quality of service and product offered is much much much better than Best Buy. We were looking for a company to give our small church a bid on installing audio and video…read moreequipment so that our church could Zoom our services out to our membership and we also wanted to wi-fi our entire church, Sunday School and small attached bookstore. The guys at Digital Display Solutions (DDS) were wonderful to work with. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They listened to the members of our church technology committee, toured the interior of our church, Sunday School, and small attached bookstore, as well as previewing our attic and where wiring would need to be. We were emailed a professional proposal with a line item cost breakdown, plus a section on optional upgrades, just as we had asked for. After we accepted their bid and waited for some back ordered equipment to arrive, an installation was scheduled. Three DDS technicians, Junior, Colter, and Ron showed up as scheduled for the installation and they did not stop until the installation was complete, they had tested all the new equipment they had installed and confirmed everything was working as intended, which took from 9am until after dark. Before leaving they cleaned up everything, removed their tools and equipment boxes and trash, and even vacuumed the areas of our sanctuary that they had been working in. A few days later, it was quickly apparent, that we should have ordered some of their upgrade suggestions which we then did after the fact. DDS-AV returned again to install and upgraded video camera and again to install a new audio mixer upgrade that was back ordered. They never got annoyed that we changed our mind after the first installation to pay an additional charge to get a video camera with a "zoom lens" and changed our minds one more time to upgrade to a new audio mixer rather than to limp along using our original decade plus old audio mixer. Each time they came out to our small church, they patiently answered questions and trained our tech committee members on the use of this new audio-video equipment and system. They also followed up after the initial and subsequent installations to make sure that we were satisfied with their work. I cannot overemphasize how impressed we were with DDS-AV, especially with Alejandro (Alec), Felipe, Junior, Colter, and Ron. They were so pleasant and friendly, yet they worked in a very businesslike way and quickly. They did not sit around and talk or waste time. They were super focused on what they were doing and did not stop until our new system was up and running and any hiccups that might have occurred along the way were solved.
