Spent much longer than 20 minutes unlike the previous maintenance person from a different HVAC company. The cost was very reasonable even though i didn't use the fall or spring discounts. That's when i should have done it but be that as it may it was well worth the visit. He even checked to make sure the drain line was not clogged, again, something the previous maintenance person failed to do. I have a Carrier heat pump and CW HVAC services all brands which is a relief so you don't have to commit to the company that installed the system new. Great Job Jessie. Thanks for your expertise. Would highly recommend CW H&A.

Ocean roofing was the ONLY one to physically come to my home and give me a proper quote. The prices were fair and they did nothing but show respect for my home and family, they worked fast and didn't leave a mess behind. These are all well seasoned roofers who have been in the business for decades, retired once and then came back to work with Ocean roofing. When it is time to replace the roof on my garage I will be calling them and hoping that they haven't retired (again). Again, The crew was great and the work they did was fantastic. I actually miss having them around cracking jokes. I recommend this company because again they understand customer service and will actually come out, shake your hand, show you samples and give you a physical in person quote not just email you a pdf with an Internet estimate and then put you on a message list like the other companies did.

Adan responded the same day and had us scheduled for the very next week, which was incredibly impressive. He and his team showed up early each day, worked long 12-14 hour shifts, and made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving the job site. They completed the entire job--stripping the old roof and installing the new one--in just three days. Beyond their efficiency, Adan and his crew were kind, respectful, and very considerate of everyone around them. I highly recommend 89 Roofing for any roofing needs and will absolutely be calling them again in the future.

Over the past year alone, they've helped more than a dozen of my clients, as well as serviced the HVAC system at my Airbnb, where guests aren't always the gentlest on equipment. Every single time, they've been incredibly responsive, efficient, honest, and reasonably priced. What I appreciate most is that they never try to upsell unnecessary repairs or services. They take the time to explain what's actually needed, provide fair solutions, and stand behind their work. In an industry where trust is everything, I trust them completely. Whether it's a routine service call, troubleshooting an issue, or helping a client through an unexpected HVAC problem during a real estate transaction, Columbia Cooling & Refrigeration is always my first call. They've earned my confidence and continue to be my go-to recommendation for clients, friends, and family throughout the Wenatchee Valley.
