Anyway, Mike is an ok guy but his services were just so-so. I told him a couple of times that we still had bugs coming into my son's bathroom after treatments and he'd come out and spray again but the bugs continued. I also recently noticed that we had a ton of bugs in the dirt next to our garage - and that was just two weeks after his last treatment. Another thing I didn't like was that he would actually charge me for my bi-monthly treatment BEFORE he even called me to schedule it. That was pretty much the last straw. One of the first things I did when I left the company was call and cancel our service with Pest Experts. Our new service is just 2 dollars more per treatment but we're seeing a lot fewer bugs!

Yesterday, I messaged Bug Science and got a reply from Adam in minutes. Within the hour of messaging through Yelp I was put on the schedule for a free inspection and today (2/13/24) Jess came in with a flashlight and all the knowledge. I am grateful for the inspection and solid customer service. I was told the poop looks old. Although birds are able to access the roof so rodents could potentially too, that's a whole different ball game considering I hear them in the walls. Anyway, I highly recommend Bug Science.
