Firstly, our chauffeur Allan was on point, professional, kind and courteous. When the rain began to fall, he chased us down a hill into the river valley where we were taking photos (well over a block away) so my bride could have an umbrella and not ruin her hair and dress. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. I've been in other limo's from around Edmonton but these people are top shelf. We highly recommend Black Gold Limousine to anyone and we definitely will hire them again in the future. Thank you so much for helping make our day perfect!

Thank you to the friendly drivers for getting us where we needed to be safely and on time! My only challenge was the height of the stairs - they're pretty high and especially with heels, they are a little hard to manoeuver. If you have sore knees you'll find the height tough as well.

Wow, wow, wow: if you're tired of cabs and Uber, etc., give Prestige Limousine a try. Yes, they're…read moreowned by the same parent company that runs Yellow Cab in Edmonton but the Prestige Limo concept truly lives up to its name. I've been using them since they began local operation decades ago and took a ride with driver Ben this morning. Even though I had not given their dispatch the amount of notice I normally would, Ben was at the pick-up location before me, he was courteous and polite, and I'd gladly request him by name in the future. Prestige might not be the least expensive option but they have large, clean SUVs (Ben drives a shiny new, black Escalade) , sedans and limos, all operated by dedicated, professional drivers. These are the sort of very knowledgeable, experienced drivers who make you glad you opted for their company. You can expect a flawless trip, every time!

Kevin's service was impeccable! He was friendly, prompt and professional. He was always careful to open doors and be there to help the ladies step down from the vehicle. We were able to leave our personal belongings inside the limo with every confidence that Kevin would keep our things safe for us. Imagine being stranded in the middle of the highway at 2 am, The driver abruptly pulled over in the…read moremiddle of highway 16 and had the audacity to demand cash or an email money transfer to his personal account before he would continue the trip. It was an utterly outrageous and unacceptable demand. I travelled to get my pregnant wife from the hostage situation as the driver "Mass" would not continue the trip unless they paid 200$ to his personal email address. I asked the driver "Do they not add additional charges to the credit card" and he kept responding with I do not know the rules. When I asked for the rules he both refused to give me his name or any such rules to review. Police Non-Emergency line was phoned over the situation and the driver informed me over the phone they were on their way to deal with the situation. I informed him I am also on my way to get my wife so he can continue to sit on the side of the highway with 8 Women. Which in turn made him continue the trip. Global I would be investigating this driver as the girls on the bus sent some money to his personal email to make an additional stop - and I dont believe that is how any business is run. I strongly urge anyone considering using Global Limos Edmonton to think twice. This companies driver prioritizes their own financial gain over the safety and satisfaction of their customers. The incident I encountered was not only unprofessional but also potentially dangerous, as being stranded on a highway in the middle of the night can pose significant risks. Global Limos Edmonton was nothing short of a complete disaster. Their driver's demand for cash or an email money transfer on the highway at 2 am was the epitome of unprofessionalism and left me feeling both outraged and vulnerable. This company has proven itself to be utterly unreliable, lacking in customer service, and unworthy of anyone's trust. Steer clear of Global Limos Edmonton if you value your safety, sanity, and overall well-being. I have reached out to Global Limos and I am awaiting a response. I have photos of the driver along with videos of the conversation. Unless this situation is dealt with immediately I will be elevating this way beyond a terrible review. Disgusting.

They are one of the best price Limousines in Edmonton. I normally travel from my house North of Edmonton to the airport , but I have used them for my personal travel too. I'm really happy with their consistently good service. I reserved the 20 passenger party bus, 3 days before my event I received the call from dispatcher, who confirmed my reservation and again the day of the service in the morning received the call from our driver Willie, who also introduced himself and gave my his mobile number. He was 20 minutes early on pick up location and text me by notifying that he is at the pick up location. The party bus was extremely clean and stocked with drinks and ice.The service was outstanding. I highly recommend their services to every one,who needs party bus or limo in Edmonton.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LIMO SERVICE!!!…read more First of all, I was responsible for planning my sisters surprise bachelorette party. 2 Hours before the party, they call and tell me their only 20 person limo bus is in Jasper, and won't be there on time. So we have to split up the party. As in 10 people wouldnt be in the same car as the bride/bridesmaids. 2nd of all, 1st limo was 15 mins late, 2nd limo was 30 mins late. Making it impossible for us to do our hour and a half bachelorette scavenger hunt without missing our reservation. 3rd- The only reason we waited for the 2nd limo, is because we were told that it was bigger and that the entire party could easily fit in it. It was smaller. 4- We were told that the limos were NOT moving until they received payment. Even though I clearly told the owner to put through the credit card I had on file when he told me the limo I booked was not available. I was also not told I had to have my credit card with me. This then delayed the limo EVEN MORE! And forcing one of the guests to hand in their credit card to "Save the Night". 5-The limo drivers had no idea where they were going. They knew where we had to go before the party, and didnt even think to put it in google maps beforehand? NOPE. One of the bridesmaids spent the entire ride bent over the seat telling the driver where to go with her IPhone. PATHETIC. And when we called to explain our horrible service, I was told "If you just payed the damn driver you would have been on time." oh and lets not forget, "You knew we were dividing the party beforehand... why would you complain about it now?" Well when the party is in 2 HOURS, what do you expect me to say?... Oh i'll just call another limo company and book a limo for 20 people in 2 hours. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. but hey "we got you there, right?"
