I've been using Ace Limousine for the past few years for my business and personal travel. The drivers are always on time, their cars are clean and well maintained. They are one of the best price Limousines in Edmonton. I normally travel from my house North of Edmonton to the airport , but I have used them for my personal travel too. I'm really happy with their consistently good service. I reserved the 20 passenger party bus, 3 days before my event I received the call from dispatcher,who confirmed my reservation and again the day of the service in the morning received the call from our driver Willie,who also introduced himself and gave my his mobile number.He was 20 minutes early on pick up location and text me by notifying that he is at the pick up location.The party bus was extremely clean and stocked with drinks and ice.The service was outstanding. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS LIMO SERVICE!!! First of all, I was responsible for planning my sisters surprise bachelorette party. 2 Hours before the party, they call and tell me their only 20 person limo bus is in Jasper, and won't be there on time. So we have to split up the party. As in 10 people wouldnt be in the same car as the bride/bridesmaids. 2nd of all, 1st limo was 15 mins late, 2nd limo was 30 mins late. Making it impossible for us to do our hour and a half bachelorette scavenger hunt without missing our reservation. 3rd- The only reason we waited for the 2nd limo, is because we were told that it was bigger and that the entire party could easily fit in it. It was smaller. 4- We were told that the limos were NOT moving until they received payment. Even though I clearly told the owner to put through the credit card I had on file when he told me the limo I booked was not available. I was also not told I had to have my credit card with me. This then delayed the limo EVEN MORE! And forcing one of the guests to hand in their credit card to "Save the Night". 5-The limo drivers had no idea where they were going. They knew where we had to go before the party, and didnt even think to put it in google maps beforehand? NOPE. One of the bridesmaids spent the entire ride bent over the seat telling the driver where to go with her IPhone. PATHETIC. And when we called to explain our horrible service, I was told "If you just payed the damn driver you would have been on time." oh and lets not forget, "You knew we were dividing the party beforehand... why would you complain about it now?" Well when the party is in 2 HOURS, what do you expect me to say?... Oh i'll just call another limo company and book a limo for 20 people in 2 hours. Do NOT book with this limousine company!!!! Especially for your wedding. Willie is running an absolutely horrible business. Sent us a dirty, smelly and sticky limo on our wedding day! It had cigarette burn holes in the seats and confetti all over the floors.the carpets stunk like beer. The running boards were also bent and damaged so when i stepped on it to get out of the limo i slipped and my heel caught the bottom if my dress and ripped a hole in it. He refused to answer or return our calls when we tried to contact him after to complain and get our money back. So we just showed up at his "office" one day. Which was a dingy place that was disgustingly dirty (simalir to our limo) that wreaked of cigarette smoke. There sat Willie, SHIRTLESS, in a plastic lawn chair, smoking a cigarette. Clearly surprised to see us. He argued with us accusing us of over exaggerating the disgusting state of the limo. It was our WEDDING day!! Really?? I was nearly in tears when we got into it that day and we told him this. He finally agreed to give us back half of what we paid but then wrote us a cheque for less than half! Not the sharpest tool in the shed I guess. When we said that it wasn't half he refused to give us anymore. We were so tired of dealing with him by this time that we just took it and left. Thankfully the cheque didn't bounce. This was easily the most shady "business" I have ever encountered. And Willie is a sketchy and untrustworthy business owner who just wants your money. This is the letter I wrote to the company. I have never heard back from them: I am writing in regards to the limo that was booked for our party last night. I had acquired a groupon a few months back with thoughts that I would try out your company as my two daughters have big events coming up that will require a limo. I spoke to Willie a couple of times and was pleased with how assuring he was. He seemed happy to accommodate my requests and was easy to deal with. He promised to take care of our event last night. I was greatly disappointed that he was not our driver. Our party had booked the limo to arrive at my home at 4:30pm. I had gone over the details of the event with Willie and had said we had to be at a certain destination by 5pm and then off to dinner reservations after our 1hour pole dancing party. I even had a schedule with addresses for the driver. Willie assured us everything would be in order. The driver, Karen, phoned me at 4:29pm to say she would be late. I was concerned as we still had to pick party member, but it was on the way and wasn't far. As Pole Junkies was only about a 10 minute drive so it would be all right. Karen arrived almost 10 minutes late. My 6 year old son had never seen a limo before and as my party was getting ready to go he asked " Can I see inside it please?" Karen answered in a snarky tone " I dunno CAN you? I know you CAN, but MAY you?" To quote your website, "Where the service you receive is only the beginning!" It was only too true! She drove us to Pink Ice to pick up our friend and got stuck at a long traffic light which was not her fault. But then, instead of waiting for the other cars to clear the entrance way into the parking lot, so she could get in, she proceeded to drive around to the back and find out there was not way through. We took a tour of the back alleyways. This combined with her late arrival, due to the fact she had to drop HER daughter off somewhere before getting us, meant we arrived at the front of Pink Ice at 5:01pm. I believe I previously mentioned we were booked in at Pole Junkies for 5pm. We waited 3 minutes for our passenger as we tried to track her down. She had already left for Pole Junkies thinking there must have been some mix up. Karen then took us on another "tour" of a residential area and muttered something about how we should have called our friend to say we would be late. Well, yes, we should have as I had told her we would arrive around 4:45pm. Pink Ice is only a 5 minute drive from Pole Junkies so I wasn't concerned. Nor did I think to monitor the time on the drive nor take a jaunt through back alleys. Karen missed the turnoff for Pole Junkies and had to do another detour. This resulted in being 15 minutes late for a paid for and reserved event that was to start at 5pm. She was at Pole Junkies to pick us up on time, though we didn't end up drinking our bottle of wine as she did not have a corkscrew. Karen then proceeded to get lost again on the way to Sicillian Pasta Kitchen even though she had the address on the schedule I had given her, we ended up in a completely different parking lot. She muttered something about not knowing this area of the city. Perhaps she should have used the 45 minutes during our pole dancing to google map or gps the next location especially if she didn't know the area of the city. When we finally arrived at dinner, late, Karen had the nerve to follow me across the parking lot to inform me that the amount I paid for the 2 hours did not include a tip. No kidding. I tipped her $30 because I felt sorry for her....Maybe she is having a rough time or is a single mom, like I am. Maybe she is new to the job and just doesn't know what " your red carpet service" is. I realize that maybe because I was "just a group on customer" I didn't get your special treatment. I wasn't expecting special, but I was expecting to be treated with professionalism and courtesy. I expected the driver I paid for to know where she was going and to at least take responsibility for her part of the fiasco. I expected a bit more class from Ace Limousines. At least I was able to check it out before spending money on limos for my daughters' events. I certainly hope, that this doesn't happen for other customers. As for Willie, he might not want to be so eager to accommodate clients if he can't be sure that the drivers can deliver on his promises. All in all, as your company website promised "Whatever your occasion we will be there to make it a memorable event!" It certainly was an occasion that not only will the 6 passengers remember, but so too, will the 30 party guests who met us at dinner....and trust me when I say they all wanted to know the name of your company for future reference. read more

Worst customer service! My cousins bachelorette party was planned and put together to include a scavenger hunt with the limo company. One party bus was paid for on credit card as well as a coupon , a service that was valued at over $700 and we paid close to $500 for. One limo that would only fit 18, when the company was told the party was for at least 20. The driver said another limo was on the way, which would be much bigger and fit everyone. The second limo didn't show up for almost 40 minutes, and was much smaller then the first - to which the first limo driver tried to deny. On top of that the second driver refused to take us anywhere without an imprint of the credit card. When the limo was booked nothing was mentioned of needing an imprint. The service was put under the card of the boyfriend of the bachelorettes sister, who did not have it. Therefore, the mother of the bride had to use her credit card to pay for a service that was already paid for. That is way to shady for my liking! On top of that, the driver had no idea where to go and had to take directions from a party guest the entire time which took away her fun at the party. A two hour service was paid for, and we barely got an hour and 45 minutes. To make matters worse, the bachelorettes sister just got off the phone with the company. No apology, nothing but a "did we get you there?". All attitude and no offer for refund. The absolute WORST service ever. read more

Let me start off by saying, that I worked with Ace Limousines for 6 years. I never had an issues with this company, until about 2011. The service took a nose dive, and the way things were handled were awful. I am a wedding planner, and as all planners, I trust my vendors with all that I am. Because when I reccommend them to others, I NEED to be confident in their abilities to perform spectacularly. Ace Limousines was late (picking up a bride for her ceremony....and hour and a half!!!!!!) and the driver was absolutely awful. Now I understand, especially in my industry, that mistakes happen. But then I expect them to be rectified in any way possible. The owner at Ace Limousines took well over two months to respond to me, and when he did, all that was done for this couple was ONE HOUR of service refunded, with no other response. Needless to say I have stopped using this service, and would encourage others to stay away as well. There are many other great limo companies in this city. (Esquire Limos is GREAT!) read more

Best customer service ever! I was a best man on my friends wedding, I was responsible to organized the transportation. With ACE limousine service my job was very easy. Willie the manager very much helping me to do my job. He is very flexible, costumer oriented guy with a big hearth. His drivers are the best limo drivers in Edmonton. We had Tony to drive for us, he is just perfect. He knows the city and all the short cuts, he is very patient, very-very good, absolutely professional driver.
