I've been using them since they began local operation decades ago and took a ride with driver Ben this morning. Even though I had not given their dispatch the amount of notice I normally would, Ben was at the pick-up location before me, he was courteous and polite, and I'd gladly request him by name in the future. Prestige might not be the least expensive option but they have large, clean SUVs (Ben drives a shiny new, black Escalade) , sedans and limos, all operated by dedicated, professional drivers. These are the sort of very knowledgeable, experienced drivers who make you glad you opted for their company. You can expect a flawless trip, every time!

So we have to split up the party. As in 10 people wouldnt be in the same car as the bride/bridesmaids. 2nd of all, 1st limo was 15 mins late, 2nd limo was 30 mins late. Making it impossible for us to do our hour and a half bachelorette scavenger hunt without missing our reservation. 3rd- The only reason we waited for the 2nd limo, is because we were told that it was bigger and that the entire party could easily fit in it. It was smaller. 4- We were told that the limos were NOT moving until they received payment. Even though I clearly told the owner to put through the credit card I had on file when he told me the limo I booked was not available. I was also not told I had to have my credit card with me. This then delayed the limo EVEN MORE! And forcing one of the guests to hand in their credit card to "Save the Night". 5-The limo drivers had no idea where they were going. They knew where we had to go before the party, and didnt even think to put it in google maps beforehand? NOPE. One of the bridesmaids spent the entire ride bent over the seat telling the driver where to go with her IPhone. PATHETIC. And when we called to explain our horrible service, I was told "If you just payed the damn driver you would have been on time." oh and lets not forget, "You knew we were dividing the party beforehand... why would you complain about it now?" My only challenge was the height of the stairs - they're pretty high and especially with heels, they are a little hard to manoeuver. If you have sore knees you'll find the height tough as well.

It was an utterly outrageous and unacceptable demand. I travelled to get my pregnant wife from the hostage situation as the driver "Mass" would not continue the trip unless they paid 200$ to his personal email address. I asked the driver "Do they not add additional charges to the credit card" and he kept responding with I do not know the rules. When I asked for the rules he both refused to give me his name or any such rules to review. Police Non-Emergency line was phoned over the situation and the driver informed me over the phone they were on their way to deal with the situation. I informed him I am also on my way to get my wife so he can continue to sit on the side of the highway with 8 Women. Which in turn made him continue the trip. Global I would be investigating this driver as the girls on the bus sent some money to his personal email to make an additional stop - and I dont believe that is how any business is run. I strongly urge anyone considering using Global Limos Edmonton to think twice. This companies driver prioritizes their own financial gain over the safety and satisfaction of their customers. The incident I encountered was not only unprofessional but also potentially dangerous, as being stranded on a highway in the middle of the night can pose significant risks. Global Limos Edmonton was nothing short of a complete disaster. Their driver's demand for cash or an email money transfer on the highway at 2 am was the epitome of unprofessionalism and left me feeling both outraged and vulnerable. Their attention to detail, constant follow-up, and confidence in their product really reassured us that we made the right choice for our equipment rental, DJ entertainment, and hall decorating needs. We rented a Bose sound system for our ceremony, and despite its compact and deceiving size, it really pumped out a lot of sound. It was perfect for our wedding, and alongside the iPod (that was loaded with a playlist of our ceremony songs), extra cords, and a microphone that were included in the rental, it really made our ceremony just that much more special! Our reception was made perfect through our DJ, Ryan. Not only did he set up our uplighting around the hall, but he provided MC services for our wedding and did an amazing job providing the entertainment. He had everyone engaged and dancing from the first song he played, and really read our crowd well. He consistently checked in with us throughout the night to make sure everything was on schedule and going to plan, and was very resilient and adaptable when it came to changes in our programme (i.e., games, speeches, cake cutting, etc). He even saved us the trip back to Revolution the next day by taking our equipment rental back for us! At the end of the day, it is clear to me that Revolution Entertainment really wanted to make our special day perfect. They recommended vendors to us that they have worked with in the past and truly went above and beyond in making sure we would have an amazing wedding. With different models and colors to choose from in their fleet, their 14 passenger stretch Navigator was very classy. Laminate floors with creme colored leather seats, this limosine had it all. Although there were no sun-roofs, this limosine made up for it with multiple tv screens that came preloaded with music and music video and with the ability to connect to someone's iPod. Rounding out at $200.00 an hour, the price was reasonable and our drivable was very friendly.
