Just what I like to see. Highly recommend them. I don't know if they are higher or lower than most cause I didn't have a chance to get other quotes. But I'm just glad it's fixed. I want to be slightly nit picky. After the job was finished and they had gone back to their work truck I went to inspect the pipe. They had left the old parts laying on the ground instead of disposing of them. It would have been nice if they would have wrapped the loose heat tape around the pipes instead of letting it lay there as in the picture and they disconnected my water hose but just left it like that instead of reconnecting it like some might expect them to do. If I do a job I leave it just as I found it after I'm finished. Those are small things but make a difference to ME

No duckin', no weavin', just straight bars and pipe wizardry. Before long, the water heater was back droppin' heat harder than a summer block party. Taylor got that real get-it-done energy. Dude treats plumbing problems like rap battles--he shows up, handles the competition, and leaves with the W. His confidence is smoother than a G-funk bass line, and his work is tighter than a freshly laid beat. If plumbers had mixtapes, I'd be bumpin' "Hot Water Chronicles Vol. 1" all summer long. Much love to Taylor for keeping the hot water flowing and the residents from taking ice-bucket showers. Homie earned every one of these five stars. Straight fire. Would book again.

I did not call the plumbers who installed the toilet, I called Michael to fix the leak. He came out and discovered the seal between the toilet tank and the toilet bowl was not secured properly and leaking. Michael tightened the bolts and fixed the leak. He went over the install and checked to see if there were other problems. He found a couple and recommended some repairs but since it was a Saturday and repairs were not urgent, I decided to wait on the fixes. I found Michael to be very professional explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done. It was quite a different experience from the plumbers who installed the toilet and who were in a hurry to finish the job and move on. I highly recommend Michael for all plumbing needs and by the way his rates are very reasonable. If you want your plumbing job done correctly, call My Guy Plumbing.
