She is so skittish, it takes weeks to introduce anything new. she was also matted to the skin. it took us a month of desensitizing to be able to groom her.. Anyone can breed and sell puppies, but this 'breeder' shouldn't . When asked about the dogs temperament, he dismissed my client.. He doesn't accept responsibility for his breeding program.
