Overall, I was dissatisfied with this cleaning service. The reason for this is that my home was not finished. The lead cleaner Bree was very nice and very professional I was told she would be coming with herself and two cleaners yet she showed up with herself two cleaners and two teens to assist them. After about 2 1/2 hours I was told they had five other jobs to go to and would not be able to complete my job today. They would be glad to come back another time. I said no I contracted for my home to be completed and that is what I expected. Bree was very cordial and nice but explained that they could not do this, but after talking with the owner was told they could give me a total of the five hours that I was told originally would take to clean my home. This did not happen although they were here for the five hours. My home was not finished. Several of the rooms were not cleaned properly, baseboards, not cleaned floor is not washed in the bathrooms upstairs as examples. We were dissatisfied with the way the company handled our account and therefore this was a waste of our time and our money. I will never use this service again. read more

Don't use this company! They state they will do a good job however will clearly leave you disappointed. They left a big dirty spot in the front door entrance. I asked them to clean it but they said they wouldn't. As you can see I was able to clean the spot with no problem. There were other issues as well. At least they showed up on time. I wish I would have tried a different locale business to handle my MOVE OUT Cleaning Service. I won't be using them ever again plus I will tell all my friends to stay away from this company as well. I used them back in early June to clean a place I had just gotten. They were great, felt they did an awesome job. There was a slight issue when they arrived the condo had emergently turned off the water to do a repair right before my appointment time. They left and did another job and then came back to my property and didn't charge me any extra fees. I really appreciate their understanding of complications outside of my control. We have used Gaia cleaning services twice now. The first a large tri-level and the gals were great, and in our opinion went over, above, and beyond because that home was a mess lol. We just had Gaia back out, small old home and the the magic they did on the bathroom (especially the tile shower) and the kitchen which has tile everywhere, ceiling fans, and alot of dusting of bricks, blinds, etc and they took special care around Lenny our bearded dragon. I had my home cleaned today by Maria and her team. I have three labs and to say my house was in need of a deep clean would be an understatement. They did an incredible job and were extremely thorough. They even vacuumed my couch (God bless them.) Getting an appointment was super easy and seamless. I was very accommodating to their schedule to get a property cleaned using an online special. They fit me in within a week. Here's the problem. It was middle of the day, so I arranged childcare for my 3 month old and drove across town to meet them. I received a call about 10 minutes before the time that they would be an hour and a half late. I agreed to this, but after an hour and forty, I had to call to see what was going on. I'd been sitting in an empty house for nearly 2 hours. The manager called me, and also met me at the property, and "explained" to me how things work. He told me how "frustrating" it is for them and explained that when a previous client buys more time, they can't just leave...I said, "yes you can if you have another commitment." He actually disagreed and became condescending, telling me, "which would be more inconvenient for a client? For us to stay and finish or reschedule to come back?" Well, why do I care if that's not my property? After all this, I repeatedly said, "I don't want an explanation, because we obviously have two perspectives. I just want the house cleaned," and he actually said, "well, if you aren't agreeing with me now and we clean, what will happen when it's time to pay?" Wow. WOW. For the record, I let them clean, and of course I paid. And tipped. UPDATE: Apparently the office called the manager about my review. He came up to me and said they shouldn't clean my house since it isn't going well and that my horrible review should be just about the cleaning. I apologized to him, I apologized to the two ladies with him who did a great job on my home, and I begged him to please clean my house. He kept saying it would be better if they left, and I finally asked if he was refusing my business because I really didn't understand what he wanted from me. I had my partner take over for me because by then I was crying, and I guess there was some miscommunication about the oven... I thought the manager had asked me about cleaning the inside of the fridge and I had said no but I guess he meant the oven and so to him it seemed like I was changing my mind. In any case, I'm adding a star for the good cleaning job they did. But I disagree that a review should be "just about the cleaning," because rude customer service from just one manager and poor scheduling played a part in this. I had these people clean my home. They had great reviews. I honestly can not understand. They over charged me for one thing. They never reimbursed me. I took tons of pictures. They broke a candle all over my tub. Never told me. They never cleaned the toilets. I had spots all over the kitchen. They also missed tons of spots on my floors. Showers had some white cream left on all the fixtures. I had a women clean my house for 1/2 the price. It was outstanding. I have no idea how these people stay in business. Highly disappointed. Our place sparkles from top to bottom, windows & blinds to showers and bathroom fixtures. Even the cabinet tops get their polishing as do the stove drip pans. We set up an appointment a month in advance for a home clearing house cleaning the day before we are relocating out of state. We received a confirmation email setting our cleaning for 1pm to 4pm on June 27th. Based on the scheduled house cleaning, we set up our final walk through for our rental home for 5pm. On June 10th, we received a follow up email stating our house cleaning time had changed to start anytime between 3pm and 5pm, making the completion time as late as 8pm. We are scheduled to leave Phoenix the morning of June 28th. I called the vender and explained this time change will not accommodate the scheduled final walkthrough time frame. I was told there was a staffing shortage and I had no choice but to accept the change. I proceeded to cancel the order and find a cleaning service that will honor the time frame we needed. Management at Gaia showed little consideration for the impact forced time changes has on their customers. Had they showed basic understand of what they were asking I would not be sharing this bad review. read more

I'd have to give 3 out of 5 stars for Gaia Cleaning Specialists. I like how they use all natural cleaning products. However, it definitely was not a deep cleaning! They didn't even touch my kitchen sink. I had a few dirty pots that were left dirty when I returned to my "clean" home. Then when paying extra for the fridge to be cleaned, I noticed the freezer wasn't touched. What's up with that? Again, not a deep clean. Last but not least, the blinds in one bedroom were not touched. I also saw some dust in my bathroom and a hair that was not picked up (that I had shed in my shower). Again that is not a deep house cleaning. Don't get me wrong, it was a clean house but not as a clean for a deep cleaning as described on their website. Plus, the head staff member misunderstood me and when we got there to inspect the house, she had already left. Lack of customer service.
