I've been to this location 3 different times. First thing i want to say is the entry here can be deceiving and the elevator to go up is old and small. But once upstairs it's so nice. The first time i came here, my cousin rented a room for karaoke for her bday and we brought bottles and ate before coming. It was about 8 of us. It's very affordable and we even got some more drinks in the lobby after. The second time my friend wanted to come for her birthday we had a much smaller room as it was only 5 of us. Same good experience your rent per person per hour and it's very affordable. The last time i came was for my bachelorette party. I didn't want the traditional vibes i wanted a night out with the girls and my cousin booked a party bus and time here. We got a huge room upstairs as it was more than 12 of us and we had a great time singing 80-90s and early 2000s music esp boy bands which are my favorite. The staff here is nice and friendly and everything is very clean except the restroom. Restroom is small and a bit dingy, def needs an upgrade but otherwise, clean. I would def come back for a girls night out or celebration. It's my fave karaoke location for sure read more

Came to celebrate a friend's birthday and had an amazing time surrounded by incredible people. The location was easy to find. Small elevator that can only accommodate five people at a time. The staff was very pleasant and we got there early and sat in the room. The room was FREEZING. We were told beforehand about the temperature and to our knowledge there was no way to fix it. Had to deduct a star however when everyone came we warmed up of course. The song selection was vast. The tambourines were a nice touch. We had an amazing time. It's bring your food and bottles. Garbage areas everywhere and they provided a bucket of ice. Room large enough to fit over 20 people and coat racks available. There's a nice service area inside that has utensils at no extra cost. Planned a little going away party for a coworker. They enjoy Karaoke and Gagopa was perfect. Make reservations. I made reservations 1 month in advance for a Saturday night session. Super easy to do online. It's BYO Beer, Food, Drinks, Cakes, etc. they have plastic cutlery and plats available. They also provide you with a tub of ice. It's $12 per person per hour. We had so much fun that we extended an hour and they were able to accommodate that. They also sell some beverages if you want but it's more cost friendly to bring your own. They also give a discount if you pay cash but they do accept card or cash as payment. It is located in middle of K-town. It is easy to miss and the elevator is tiny (no more than 5 people at a time) or stairs. They also card everyone to ensure you're above 21yo so don't forget your ID. read more

Very no frills - if karaoke is what you're here for, this is the place! It is indeed BYOB and BYOF - they do have some wine and soju for sale but you can order food and drinks delivery to your room. The rooms are cosy and there is an option to turn off the disco lights haha. We had our annual secret Santa here and it was easy to use the space/room as a meet up place too! For 8 people we spent about $200 for 2 and a half hours, we originally had 2 hours but extended an extra half hour on the spot. The 15% cash discount balances out the 20% auto grat really nicely. Solid karaoke spot in Ktown -- gets the job done in an efficient way! We've always been able to get last minute reservations here, which is great! I've been twice and am overall pretty happy with the experience for big groups 6+ people, It's $9/person/hour which is probably among the best rates in the city, with a discount if you pay cash. Also appreciate that the spot is BYOB! There is also a gratuity automatically applied when you visit. The downside is that the karaoke technology is a bit dated and they don't always have the latest songs. You queue songs by looking up codes on your phone and typing it into their karaoke system, and it takes some time for the latest songs to get loaded. Unfortunately even some older, popular songs weren't recognized when we tied typing them in. We also weren't sure if there was the option, but it would be nice to be able to sing alongside the artist (vs just having the instrument haha), which we couldn't figure out. Cool karoake place to checkout in NYC! The rooms are small, but they can fit a bunch of people (our group was 14 strong). They have a large selection of songs to choose from and they have a website where you can queue songs up. The rooms are well sound proofed, so you can't hear the music from the other rooms. It's also BYOB so make sure to bring your drinks and snacks beforehand. It does get a bit hot in the room, especially with a large group, so make sure to hydrate (and keep those vocal cords moist!). It would also be nice to have the option to connect via aux to play some songs that weren't on the list. The private rooms are not too big and it is a no frills place but this place is great for an inexpensive night out with friends. Its a BYOB place so you save on drinks. First time karaoking in NYC and my friends brought me to this place! It was a little hidden and you have to go up the stairs to the second floor (2-3 flight of stairs). The private rooms could accomodate approx up to 9 people with the amount of space/seating available. You have the option of picking English vs Korean bank. The English song bank was pretty solid with a good 90% of most go-to karaoke songs. The sound isolation was also pretty decent. Mics came with the covers. Loved how they also provided 2 tambourines. Only thing is that our keyboard to input songs is pretty sensitive so we had to be very careful. They are BYOB but they also sell alcohol/water! Prices were very reasonable (if 1-3 people, $30 for 1 hour; if 4+, $9/person for 1 hour) and they let us extend 30 mins. The place is being your own bottle so if you have something that you would prefer to drink I would recommend bringing it. They didn't really have any soft drinks when we were there.
