Certainly we will do business with Sister Siding again. The work they did for us exceeded our…read moreexpectations. Our 102-year-old house needed siding repair. The old siding had become brittle and cracked. On a recent re-roof job the roofers had some difficulty installing step flashing under the siding. The old siding cracked as they worked. Sister Siding made it all pretty again. Work crew was pleasant and didn't mind explaining their voodoo wisdom behind such finesse as a 47-degree vs. a 45-degree cut. They tidied the work area daily and did a thorough debris collection and disposal at the end. It's always a relief to experience quality, detail-oriented work on one's house.

PREDATORY business practice/company. They refuse to give quotes and don't stick by their own…read moreagreements. I (stupidly and out of desperation) signed an agreement with them for $145/person/hour. Their agreement stated the fees were time and material (25% mark up on material) only. When I started receiving my daily invoices, they charged me for 3 drivers to deliver the material, they charged me for an additional worker that their own site supervisor told them not to send, and now they won't remove the debris from my home. I also have yet to see the time stamps for how they came up with their billable hours. How can you charge $145/person/hour and not give an accurate/detailed account of the hours? I happen to have a camera in my backyard and can see the coming and going. They also didn't have the material until halfway through the 2nd day and yet, I'm still charged for 3 guys to stand around and look at each other taking turns going up the ladder? The site team was really kind and knowledgeable but the company is PREDATORY with poor business practices. I've sent several emails and made phone calls with no resolution. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
