So I've only been for my initial appointment and the young lady that helped me was very kind and very sweet. She seemed knowledgeable about my surgery and what would be required to prepare for it and to recover from it. So I am looking forward to the aqua therapy and the post surgery therapy and hope that I can move on with my life and get back to being able to walk again with their help

When I first got there, I was having trouble walking up stairs without pain. By the time I left, my legs were much stronger and the pain in my knee had subsided considerably. They also sent me out into the world with the knowledge of how to continue getting better and a repertoire of exercises to go along with that. I never once dreaded going there, and even came to look forward to it even though it was hard work. This was due to the staff and the positive environment that they have created over there. I…read morehad therapy years ago with great success for a knee injury, however was instructed by my ortho to visit a PT nearest me. This was a big mistake and an awakening. I went to Excel for 2 visits and I was very disappointed. The initial visit was an assessment, which is fair enough. The second visit was incredibly disappointing. I did a few leg lifts and a couple of stretches and then handed over my hard earned money with a list of more appointments. After sitting with that for a day, I cancelled all of those appointments and hired a personal trainer for about half the cost of what I was paying to be instructed to do a few leg lifts and a few stretches. Luckily my injury is a minor sports injury so this option just made sense. If i truly need PT in the future, i will be looking for serious reccommendations before parting with my $$$.

When I was here last, I was in and out in about 1 hr. The visit today, was another story. I was told there were only 3 people ahead of me. However, I spent over 3 hrs, waiting and waiting and waiting. I waited for the doctor, I waited for the phlebotomist, then I waited for results... Which didn't show anything. Nearly 4 hrs is a long time to wait. The doctor discharged 3 other people who came in after me ahead of me. He said, "sorry, I went to the wrong room" when he finally returned. I had asked another staff member to check on the wait and she did not ever come back to give me an update or let him know I was waiting. When the nurse came to discharge me, she gave me a diagnosis that he had not shared with me. She went back to ask the doctor and learned that the diagnosis listed was incorrect. He then listed another diagnosis on my paperwork, which is also incorrect. The entire experience was frustrating.

We called ahead and asked if they had X-rays and they told us yes. We got there at 6:20 and I was discharge at 7:55 with a diagnosis, a boot, a follow up appt, and I had a confirmed fractured foot from the x-rays they took. Every person from registration to x-ray to discharge and everyone else in between was pleasant. They seemed to genuinely care. At one pointy adrenaline finally left my body and I broke down crying. A nurse happened to walk by and came back with a box of Kleenex. Great job everyone!

The much younger woman who was leaving to go get some Starbucks asked Jill if she wanted anything seemed really nice. After she left Jill snarkily remarked, "I drink *protein* drinks." Her attitude was total garbage and I will not make the mistake of going into that store again. I probably do need Arch supports. I might even go to a Good Feet store again now that I know what the product actually is. But I won't be going to this location because I don't want to run into that woman again. She could have made $155 sale by just selling me the damn shoes that I wanted.

That you'll wake up someday and like "magic", it'll be as if it never happened in the first place - but that's usually not the case, and often the pain ends up worse than it was when it first started. We also know it's very easy to reach into the back of the cupboard for the painkillers, and take them whenever pain strikes so it eases off fast - but all those painkillers are no good for your health long-term, and do nothing but mask the pain instead.

The express is really handy if you need a quick examination or x-ray after an injury and is so much better than going to an emergency room or even a walk-in with sick people coughing all over you.

My husband had surgery yesterday. Check in at 10am. We pull up and what a beautiful facility!…read more Modern & clean. In the waiting are for 10 minutes (not bad!) In pre-op for 2.5 hours! Our nurse was nice but a we both agree she was a warm body. She thought after being with us for a little while that he was having a different surgery? Red Flags! She cleaned the wrong area for the surgery. He wasn't shaved until the eleventh hour. As we sat and joked around waiting... we overheard a lot of nurses conversation. I heard multiple swears. My husband made a comment about professionalism. He doesn't much comment about those things. His 'hospital' bracelet had a little piece attached to it that would sent me updates, which helped alerting me when he was out of surgery and could receive visitors. I loved this aspect. Recovery was great. Nurses were informative and helpful. Overall not a terrible experience by any means.
