The worker was transparent immediately about being appointment based. However he stated if I could possibly give him a few minutes to reach the shop he will take me immediately since I am only getting an undercut done. He was patient with my request and not dismissive because I didn't have an appointment. The vibe is definitely simple and straight to the point which I like. No sheep in wolves clothing.
