Haircut Looks nothing like what I asked for I said I like the middle part look and straight up got a bowl cut. Cant style my hair anymore after months of growing it out. It's way too short. Mind you , it's a $30 cut you'd expect quality care for your hair. read more

First customer on a Sunday morning for Pablo. He does a meticulous, terrific job cutting hair. I Very much liked the confluence of scissor work and the clipper. Too many guys these days can only use the clipper, which seems to be a recipe for a bad haircut. His work takes longer than those people, but I've already explained why and it's worth it. Benny is probably the worst barber I have ever had my haircut from. My haircut feels unfinished. Not surprised because he was rushing it. Took him about 5 to 10 mins to give me haircut with a full head of hair that I hadn't cut in almost 2 months. You're not being "efficient" by doing a half ass job. Learn to spend time on a haircut. Quality over quantity. You may make a quick buck in short term but you're losing customers long term. Dave is better when it comes to haircuts at least from my one time experience, use him instead. Now i'll have to go to another barber to get this terrible haircut fixed. read more

I have posted reviews in the past about other barbers in the area, but all the other shops can't seem to be consistent with the quality of their haircuts... Not the case with Levittown barber shop...Levittown has been my shop for over 8 months now and I get a haircut once every 2 weeks. I have never walked out of there unhappy. Every time I go there I get the best haircut of my life. I have had the same experience with my kids' haircuts as well. Mark is my barber but my kids go to the other guys and each one of us comes out looking tight. Skip all the other shops and go to Levittown if you want your hair done right. My friend and I (both women) came here yesterday with the intention of getting sidecuts. We both have longer hair, with mine long and straight and my friend's a bit of an afro. Pablo took care of us both and did an absolutely amazing job. He talked to us and helped us get exactly what we wanted, and did so expertly. The lines of the cuts are super clean and he had no problem at all with our longer hair. My friend also got a design in her sidecut, which started out as just a suggestion, but Pablo took his time making it an incredible work of art. You can tell he really knows his craft! I moved into the area a little over a year ago and for about 9 months or so I have been driving 45 minutes to go to my previous barber in queens. Their service was impeccable since day 1, they focused on not only regular but also new customers. Always showed respect for my son and that won me over. Between my busy lifestyle and work, the drive was getting tough so I decided to look for a spot in the area. One of my friends recommended this place and I gave it a shot, the wait has always been long the times I have visited but due to it being so close I've come a few times. The last time I came I found it to be more unorganized and the wait was close to 3 hours. We were skipped a few times and when I said something I was practically scolded for coming in on a busy day. The customer service could be better and the focus on kids should be primal as well. This last time I was so upset I posted a review that was led by my anger. The owner immediately spoke to me and tried to understand why I had placed this review. Long story short, he did try to recover the situation but I was not having it. He has messaged me a few times which is why I am updating my review. I am unable to give a 4 or 5 star as I would be lying to how I truly feel but do admit the review did not merit a 1 Star which I originally posted. A 3 star is neutral and I still do not know if I'll be back or continue with my 45 minute drive to queens, but maybe this review will help to focus on areas that may need improvement just like any business needs. It is not a review with the intent to trash this location as I see some great reviews too, but should be used as an eye opener to also focus on new business that will eventually become loyal business and great reviews. If I do visit this place again and have a better experience I will post another review or even delete this one completely. Love this place. All the barbers are good guys. They're all great barbers. They remodeled not too long ago so the place looks great. Flat screens all over with either a game or good movie on. They have multiple chargers for cell phones so that customers can charge their phone while they wait and toy trucks and cars for those dads who bring in their kids. Relaxed environment. Awesome place The only downside is sometimes there's a bit of a wait on weekends but that's only because they are the best barbershop in town and demand is high. read more

I went out of my way for a new barbershop. Figured I would swing by Levittown Barber shop, a good drive from home, due to the reviews on Yelp. A great idea. The gentleman cutting hair were professionals. I had the opportunity to watch a mix of kids and men receive haircuts and the barbers were professionals for every single client. A mother brought in her two boys, a father and his son got haircuts, and everybody got the same attention and perfection in their haircuts. Typically takes me 20-30 mins to get here and yeah sometimes the wait is long but it's about Quality and not Quantity here. Don't expect a $5, 5 minute haircut.
