He asks tons of questions to make sure you like everything he's doing. He was fast but efficient. I absolutely love the way my haircut turned out. The worker was transparent immediately about being appointment based. However he stated if I could possibly give him a few minutes to reach the shop he will take me immediately since I am only getting an undercut done. He was patient with my request and not dismissive because I didn't have an appointment. The vibe is definitely simple and straight to the point which I like. No sheep in wolves clothing. I waited no longer than the time he asked me to wait and got my cut by a professional who made sure to clean his hands and equipment before event seeing me, with great customer service and to be honest the same amount of talent as the barbers at "the groomsmen of Long Island".
