Frozen gyoza, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. We found it here of course, but wow were there a lot of options of the same thing! A bit overwhelming but why not try them all at some point right? This place has a huge selection of everything, we were in awe at how vast this store was where it doesn't look like much from the parking lot.

The store was busy but spotless and beautifully set up. I found everything I needed, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful -- they went out of their way to make sure I got what I was looking for. You can imagine my shock when I saw a newspaper article on Monday morning saying this location had closed. It's hard to believe because the place was absolutely bustling the day before, full of customers and great energy. I really hope Hollywood Market finds a way to bring this location back -- it was a great store with excellent customer service and a wonderful shopping experience.

Expensive prices, poor parking, and bag signal in the store (so using the Kroger app to clip…read morecoupons is almost impossible). We only use Kroger for emergency/last minute things. Kroger is overpriced in general and this one is no exception. Within the last year they've added these pickup parking spots for online grocery orders. Many years too late as the heavy usage of that has died down and they've removed some of the handicap spots closest to the door. Also they put in electric charging stations. Many grocers are frustrated by the lack of spots so they'll just park in those anyways and walk in. As you make your way to the back of the store my cell carrier (Verizon) is 1 bar to no bar. I'm not sure why this is as most buildings allow for cell service to come through, so something is interfering within the store. Items are typically in stock. If you need produce on the weekend the quality and availability suffers.

I ended up calling out a store manager since there was about $25 worth of mistakes with my order (not typical). I let her know that her PU personnel was unprofessional, while she was reviewing my order. I stopped going to this location because the other PU employees were acting aggressive, too. Management did give me a $25 gc.

He always makes comments on the fact that i bought beer and how I shouldn't drink beer because I'm "a young lady". One time they wouldn't let me leave for a half an hour bc they accused me of stealing and they had to check their systems to prove me right all cuz I didn't grab the receipt at the self checkout!!! I needed some extra brown paper bags for a project I'm working on and lady working the line refused to give me any more than 2 paper bags... Done spending my money here

However, the employee had such a delightful attitude about it all. Oh and they have new-ish carts! No squeaky wheels or hard to push! That's a real treat for shoppers. The location was simple to get in and out of, with plenty of parking available, which made things stress-free right from the start. Inside, the store was well organized, making it easy to find everything we needed without wandering around too much. We were able to grab all our items quickly and efficiently with no issues at all. Customer service was smooth and uneventful (in a good way) everything just flowed. Checkout was just as seamless. The lines weren't long, and we didn't have to wait much at all, so we were in and out pretty quickly. This was a quick, hassle-free shopping experience, exactly what you want when you're on the go.

We had 2 bags of empty pop cans to return,…read moreevery single machine had bin full errors - except for one, BUT the belt was messed up and it would not feed cans into the machine. We pressed the help button and waited there for 10 minutes - no one came. I figured I would just return them to another store later. There were a few items we needed to return, so we went to the customer service desk. We waited in line for nearly 40 minutes - with one person working the service desk. Finally made it up and it only took about 5 minutes since they were online returns and they just had to scan the barcodes and take the items. We shopped the grocery section of the store - it was not very well stocked. Most of the items we wanted were not available. Not a bad thing though, we didn't spend as much as we normally would. We made it up to the checkout and went to a cashier - that was a huge mistake (I should have done self checkout). The lady that checked us out should not be a cashier. She double scanned almost everything and we had to tell to her void the double scanned items. She threw glass jars into empty bags - and heavy items on top of eggs and bread - luckily nothing broke or got smooshed too bad. Of course, I missed one of the double scanned items - so, back to customer service I had to go for a refund... UGH! Don't make the same mistake as me -- stay away from this store!
