It felt rushed and impersonal. What concerns me most is that when I later reviewed the visit notes, there were statements documented that I never said and very misleading. The notes included symptoms I did not report and omitted key concerns I clearly expressed. Accurate documentation is a basic and critical part of medical care, and seeing incorrect information in my chart was both frustrating and alarming. Good healthcare starts with listening. Unfortunately, I did not feel respected, taken seriously, or accurately represented. I hope this feedback encourages more attentive, patient-centered care in the future.
