Missed some spots...Had to walk them through where to clean In shower area. Some of the cabinets needed to repeat wipe down.

Moving out of my 5 bedroom house in El Sobrante and I was not trying to clean that huge place myself lol. Called Gabi and she was a saint on the phone. Her team showed up right on time, started rolling up their sleeves immediately. I left to handle a couple other errands and gabi was super responsive and kept me informed the whole time. Her crew cleaned my house from top to bottom, made it look brand new again. All under 5 hrs which was unbelievable! They did a great job and I would for sure use them again and recommend to anyone that wants their full deposit back! read more

Amazing! We will absolutely have Gaby Cleaning back. The communication about what the service would include and for a straightforward price was very clear. The cleaning was super detailed. Days after the cleaning I found little things that had been cleaned that I wouldn't even think to look for after a service comes in. Gaby is always very quick to respond. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional. Please feel free to DM me with any questions. I'm happy to support Gaby Cleaning! read more

We love having this cleaning service. We like to be flexible about appointment times. We have dogs and prefer that they are elsewhere when the cleaning crew come. Because they are flexible, I can schedule them to come when we are on vacation or elsewhere. The house is spotless when three of them leave and it is so nice to come home to a clean house! read more

I hired Gabys team to do a cleaning for my home in between airbnb guests. I was looking for a reliable team that could manage my Airbnb while I was away and initially had high hopes given how communicative and responsive Gaby was. I later realized that she runs a very unprofessional business. The day before the appointment, she texted me to say the place may require a deep clean and that she would have to charge more than double the quoted price. Beware of her bait and switch tactics last minute. The cleaner arrived more than an hour late and I was only notified about the "30-40 min" delay 5 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. I tried to cancel given how late they were but they got here and said they would still clean. We agreed to exclude the bedroom but clean everything else but 2 hours later the cleaner abruptly left without finishing. Multiple things were missed (dishes not put away, couch not vacuumed, window sills, TV area and working desk were not wiped down) yet they still tried to charge me full price. The cleaners don't speak any English and Gaby herself who manages them refuses to pick up the phone, making it very difficult to communicate any specific needs. Gaby was not transparent about the services and pricing, had poor communication, and was not reliable. I would stay away if you are looking for good dependable cleaners that you can trust. read more

Gaby and her employees have always done a fantastic job of cleaning my funky San Francisco flat in which I've lived for over thirty years. I have collected a lot of stuff over the years but Gaby's never had any problems working around it all and has always left my place looking and smelling better than when she arrived! Her rates are reasonable and she and her crew are 100% trustworthy. Hire them! You won't regret it! read more

I've been using Gaby's services for a while now and I particularly love the consistency and ease of working with Gaby. She sends a reminder text the weekend before and always checks on service afterwards. The crew does a great job of cleaning and always have a smile on their faces. They're also totally flexible if you want them to focus on something particular. I've had a lot of different cleaners through the years and Gaby's has been the best. I can't emphasize the consistency enough - when you're working from home and scheduling conference calls, I know exactly what time to block out. The price is very reasonable for the services. Can't thank Gaby and crew enough for keeping my home clean. read more

Extremely happy with the job Gaby's team did. They showed up on time (with their own supplies!) and paid close attention to my specific requests. The little details they did, like folding the corner of towels and toilet paper, make all the difference, like service you'd get at a hotel. They left my home spotless and were very kind, quiet and professional. They're now my go-to team every 2 weeks. read more
