I did not like the styles everything was different dull shades of brown from purses and bags to clothes. I was asking her about her oils for my skin care routine and she made it very clear she was not interested in serving me or people who look like me AT All. I couldn't remember the name of the store but felt it was important to warn people especially in the OTR community that she is not for us. She was making the ugliest faces at me and I asked her which one if her oils would give me skin a glow she replied side eyed, "Any of them". I left and never went back. The oils were already pretty pricey which I didn't mind until I saw how nasty she was. I'm still looking for a great home decor place as well as a friendly business to help me with my skin care needs.

The person working the Amazon return area knew what she was doing. She was quick and efficient. I was in an out quickly. I was in the store for a shorter time then it took me to drive to Kohl's.

The last two times I have been in there the wait is close to 30 minutes. Each time two cashiers. Today one was training I was 16th in line. The lady four ahead of me had returns I lost count at 14. Each had to come out of the bag and boxes they were shipped in I can tell you one place I will not be Christmas shopping. You need to understand some older folks with health issues can't stand that long. You need a parking lot return and pick up. One person. Hand held device to scan in the curbside for returns. Same person can do curbside pick up. Or else get more cashiers. Or call for back up when there's 8-10 people in line.
