After multiple calls to their customer service, with conflicting information as to what happened, American Signature Furniture agreed to cancel the order for the dining set and refund my card within 5-7 business days. After two weeks I had still not received a refund and had to resolve the issue by disputing the credit card charge with Visa. As to the sectional, there was a seven week delay from order until delivery. Half of the sofa was delivered and then American Signature Furniture rescheduled delivery for the rest of the sectional at least four times over the course of two weeks. In summary, American Signature Furniture charges premium prices for long lead times on furniture that won't be delivered on time, if at all. I'd avoid this company entirely.

There truly is something for everyone here--I came here with three friends and we all left with something. There are knick knacks/figurines for the house, jewelry, pillows, plushes, a small selection of clothes (coming soon I believe), embroidery pieces, totes, paintings, paper crafts--literally every kind of fiber art you can think of. They are all priced super well too (I'm from NYC so I'm used to the NYC hipster tax). I left with a jewelry box and a "botanical bottle" and I cannot stop obsessing over them. The owner is the sweetest lady and I loved chit chatting with her. She would also stop whatever she was doing to tell us about the artists/booths we were browsing through. Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit (couldn't check in due to app problems) while hitting up my favorite eatery. I was hoping to gain inspiration, and find creative ways and ideas for dealing with all the stuff I own. I came prepared ready to purchase, armed with measurements, and my own tape measurement. Hubby was along for the ride, reluctantly, but was to be my voice of expertise as I'm the planner and project manager but he has to ultimately execute my ideas. There were a few projects in my home I wanted to tackle and fully expected to leave with a several purchases. However I left empty handed. While the store is nice and large and does have an assortment of storage ideas for every item imaginable it lacked creativity. I didn't find inspiration or any ideas that I haven't already thought of myself. All I discovered were tons of people (and hard to social distance in some isles) and rows and rows of overpriced plastic goods. The custom closet department especially was crowded and the floor displays had price tags that matched buying a used car. I see no reason to come here vs Ikea, which has similar displays and custom services, and the same particleboard quality. Makes me wonder do Container Store customers have no idea that Dollar Tree and Dollar Generals exist? Even Walmart, Target, and any big box retailer sells pretty much the same plastic bins at a fraction of the cost. I still can't get over their prices. I expected to be wowed, but left disappointed. One thing I do know, it's not even a challenge to replicate their storage solutions by visiting a dollar store. It's elementary!
